Solutions

Corex360 for your work.

Corex360 solution pages are the guides that explain the same intelligence core through a role's working day or a single need. One core, different desks. Open the page for your role or your need; every page starts with today's problem and ends with how Corex360 works.

How are Corex360 solutions organised?

Corex360 solutions open two ways: by role and by need. Both lead to the same core. Corex360 is a CRM (customer relationship management), ERP (enterprise resource planning) and automation platform with business intelligence at its core; the customer, contacts, opportunities, quotes and contracts sit on the same customer record. The modules are not separate products but the arms of the same core. The solution pages show how that one record looks from different desks.

Which roles is Corex360 used for?

Role pages follow a working day with Corex360 from start to finish. The manager sees the morning briefing, the sales team the road from the inbox to the contract, the field team its day out in the field, and accounting and HR the month end. The day moves hour by hour, and the cards show which module steps in at which moment.

Which needs does Corex360 answer?

Need pages focus on one problem: joining scattered channels, handing the follow-up to the assistant, measuring the team by the same rule, keeping the data on your own server. If you know your role, start with the role cards; if you know your problem, start with the need cards. Every page covers the Corex360 steps, the modules at work in that job and the frequently asked questions. If you are unsure which fits you, we build the demo together with your own channels and customer card.

For one specific job

There are also pages for one specific job: quote tracking software, customer tracking software, and leave tracking software each follow one need from start to finish; the customer service, project manager, and architecture practice pages follow one role through the working day. These pages follow the same pattern: the problem today, the Corex360 steps, the modules at work, and frequently asked questions.

The date these solution pages were added is on the recent changes to the site and product page.

By industry

To read the same Corex360 flow in your own industry's terms: the pool and spa, architecture practice, construction, showroom sales, and field service pages sit, with a comparison table, in the Industries hub.

Which setup for which situation?

The setup table starts from the situation today: each row gives a problem a team has now, the Corex360 modules to open for it, and the solution page that tells the whole story. Only modules that are live are listed; the scope of the setup is agreed together in the demo call, based on your team.

The product behind the solutions

Every Corex360 module named on the solution pages has its own page in the module index; setup and security questions are in the FAQ, and topic guides are on the blog. Module pages explain what each module does and which modules it works with; blog posts take on questions such as choosing a CRM (customer relationship management), an ERP (enterprise resource planning) or an attendance system.

Related questions

Can we run Corex360 on our own server?
Yes. A company-specific space on Corex360 Cloud or your own infrastructure; the choice is yours and it is written in the agreement. In both cases the same Corex360 Security layer runs and access is logged. The concept is explained in what on-premise CRM means.
How does a field team use a CRM on the phone?
With the Corex360 app the field team looks at the same record as the office: tasks, the project, and files sit in the tabs of the customer card, and photos and documents are tied to the record in Corex Drive. Task management counts open, overdue, and completed tasks, and a task can wait for approval. Each user sees only the records within their role. The field day is on the Field and operations page.
Can I see a customer's whole history on one screen?
Yes, in Corex360 a customer's history gathers on the customer card. The card has Contacts, Tasks, Opportunities, Quotes, Contracts, Projects, Finance, Files, Drive, Conversations, Activities, and Logs tabs. The Overview lists recent opportunities, important notes, and recent activities, and the lifecycle stage and relationship score sit at the top of the record.
