Who this notice is for

This notice is for people who request a demo, fill in the contact form or apply to become a dealer on the Corex360 website. Information for visitors who only browse the site is in the privacy notice, and the records kept in your browser are listed in the cookie policy.

Data controller

The data controller for the personal data covered by this notice:

  • SAVAS GRUP İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ
  • Tax office: Sultanbeyli · Tax number: 7520948504
  • Address: Eyüp Sultan Mah. Feshane Cad. Çilek Plaza No: 2-4/1 Sancaktepe/İstanbul, Türkiye

What data is collected

The demo request and contact forms collect the following:

  • What you type in the form: full name, company, work email, phone, area of interest and note.
  • If you used the planning wizard, the modules you picked and your comment (written into the note).
  • The address of the page you sent the form from (entry page).
  • If you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign and click identifiers in the address (utm, gclid, fbclid).
  • The language you sent the form in.
  • Your IP address, to limit abuse; kept briefly and only in server memory.

Why it is processed

Only to answer your demo request and to contact you. Email information is sent only if you gave separate consent.

Where it is recorded

Your request opens as an opportunity record in Corex360 CRM.

Your rights

You can contact us to exercise your rights under the applicable data protection law.

How the form is sent

The forms send your data to the server with the POST method. What you type is not added to the page address, so it does not appear in the address bar or in your browser history. The server checks every field again for format and length. If the request cannot be written to the CRM, the form shows no success message and asks you to try again.

How the entry page and campaign details are kept

The path of the first page you open on the site and any campaign tags in the address are kept in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage). This record is not a cookie and is not sent to third parties. It is added to your request only if you send the form, and it is deleted when you close the browser tab.

Protection against automated submissions

The form has a trap field that visitors do not see; if it arrives filled in, the request is not written anywhere. If many submissions arrive from the same IP address in a short time, the server stops accepting new ones for a while. For this limit, the IP address is kept only in server memory.

How to reach us

You can send questions and requests about your rights through these channels. If you prefer to write by post, use the address in the data controller section.

Frequently asked questions

If I do not give permission for email updates, is my request still sent?

Yes. Permission for email updates is optional and the box is not ticked in advance. Leaving it empty does not stop your demo request from being sent.

If I send the form twice, will two records be opened?

Each form carries a random request ID. If the same request is sent again after a dropped connection, the server does not write a request that was already recorded to the CRM a second time.

Are my choices in the pricing prep wizard sent too?

No. Your choices in the pricing prep wizard are processed only in your browser; they are not sent to the server or stored. If you copy the summary into the demo form, the form you send falls under this notice.
