HR and Attendance software Leave does not stay in a message,
clock-ins stay on record.

Corex360 HR is the HR software that keeps leave and advance requests, overtime approvals, asset assignments, and time tracking on the staff card. The attendance device connects to the core and clock-ins land on the staff card; requests run through an approval flow, and each approval is logged with who and when. Timesheets, shift management, and the leave calendar sit in the same module.

Looking for a card reader or fingerprint device? This page covers the software side, not the device; the attendance device connects to the core and clock-ins land on the staff card. The concept itself is explained in what is PDKS.

What HR is

HR keeps each employee on one card.

Short answer

Corex360 HR is the human resources module that keeps a business's leave, advance, overtime, asset, and clock-in records on the staff card and ties clock-in records from the attendance device to the staff card. Requests run through an approval flow; each approval is logged with who and when.

Who it is for

  • Businesses that want leave and advances on record, not on WhatsApp
  • Accounting and HR teams that deal with missing clock-ins at month end
  • Managers who want office and field staff attendance on one record
  • Companies that want personal data behind role-based access

What it does not do

  • It does not claim to work with every attendance device.
  • It does not grant leave on its own; approval and the reward rule stay with the manager.
  • It is not a separate product; it is a module of the Corex360 core.

What this page does not promise

Salary calculation, official filings, recruitment, personnel files, and leave balance calculation are not among the things promised for the HR module.

Topics for the demo

  • Your attendance device model and protocol.
  • Clash warnings on the leave calendar.
  • The link to your existing payroll software.

Setup

Corex360 runs in two ways: in a company-specific space on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server; the choice is written into the agreement. Product demos are given live and online.

How pricing is set

No list price is published on the site; pricing comes in a written quote after the demo.

Leave tracking

How does leave tracking run in the HR module?

In the Corex360 HR module, leave, advance, and overtime requests take the same route; none stays in a message or on paper. A leave request runs through the approval flow and is recorded once approved; who approved it and when stays on the record, and the leave calendar is a separate screen. The order of approval steps is covered in the approval chain glossary entry. The whole route from request to approval is on the leave tracking software page.

Calendar and leave

A leave request runs through the approval flow and is logged once approved.

Approval on record

Who gave the approval, and when, stays on record.

Advance, travel allowance, payment

Advance, travel allowance, and payment requests are also opened inside the product and follow the same approval route.

Leave calendar

The leave calendar is a screen of its own; request flows and pending approvals sit in the Requests section of the same module.

Time and attendance

How does attendance software record clock-ins?

The attendance device connects to the Corex360 core; in staff clock-in and clock-out tracking, every record lands on the staff card. Clock-ins, leave, advances and overtime sit on the same staff card; the attendance section has screens for clock-in and clock-out, shift management, overtime tracking, attendance tracking and timesheets, and locations are managed from the definitions section. The idea is covered in what is time and attendance software.

Device connection

The device connects to the Corex360 core. Device questions are answered in the HR and attendance FAQ.

Approval on record

Every approval is logged with who and when.

Attendance on the staff card

Clock-ins, leave, advances, and overtime sit on the same staff card.

Shifts and timesheets

The attendance section holds clock-in and clock-out, shift management, overtime tracking, attendance, and timesheet screens; locations are managed under definitions.

Approval center

In staff attendance tracking, how does an event reach approval?

A late clock-in, a clock-out outside the defined location, a late clock-out counted as overtime and a shift the system closed at shift end each reach the Corex360 approval center as separate events. Each record shows the employee's note and department; the manager approves or rejects, and the decision is saved with who and when. The details in this section are read from the product's approval center screen.

Late clock-in

A late clock-in comes to the approval center; the manager reads the note the employee wrote and decides.

Clock-out outside the location

A clock-out made outside the defined location comes to approval as a separate event.

Overtime

A late clock-out reaches the approval center as overtime; the approval is saved with who and when.

Shifts closed by the system

A shift that was never ended is closed by the system at the shift time and goes to the manager for approval.

Assets and assignments

What does asset assignment tracking follow?

Assets and assignments are a section of the Corex360 HR module itself. Company assets are listed on their own screen, assignments are followed on a separate screen and a person's assignments also show on the staff card; asset reports come from the same section. An item handed to an employee is found by looking at their card. See the asset assignment glossary entry.

Assignments

Assignments are followed on a separate screen, and each person's assignment also shows on the staff card.

Asset reports

Asset reports are taken from the same section.

Points

Where are the points and leaderboard set?

Employee points are defined in the Corex360 HR module and redeemed in the Store module. The point rules are set in the points settings under HR definitions; an employee uses accumulated points to take an internal reward from the Store module, where a table also shows the employees' point ranking. Team pulse events are turned into these points.

The rules for employee points are set in the point settings under HR definitions.

Points store

Employees use the points they have built up to get internal rewards from the Store module.

Leaderboard

The Store module also has a leaderboard.

Workflow

How does a clock-in record become an approved record?

In Corex360 Human Resources, clock-ins, requests and approvals sit on one staff card. The attendance device connects to the core and clock-in records gather on the staff card; leave, advance and overtime requests run through the approval flow. The approver and the time of approval stay on record; at month end attendance and requests are read from the same card.

The ideas behind HR and attendance are explained on separate pages: the what is time and attendance post covers the clock-in system itself, the HR and attendance FAQ covers device and approval questions, and the overtime, approval chain and asset assignment glossary entries explain the terms met in the HR module. These pages give the background to read before choosing software.

FAQ

About HR, what people ask.

The questions a team researches when choosing HR software and attendance tracking, and the Corex360 answers.

01What is HR software?

HR software keeps staff leave, advance, overtime, asset, and attendance records in one place and runs the approval flow. Corex360 HR gathers these records on the staff card and ties clock-in records from the attendance device to the staff card.

03Does our attendance device connect to Corex360?

Yes, the attendance device connects to the Corex360 core. Device questions are answered in the HR and attendance FAQ.

05Is there asset tracking?

Yes. Assets and assignments are a separate section of the Corex360 HR module: assets and assignments have their own screens, asset reports are available, and each person's assignment also shows on the staff card.

07Does Corex360 calculate payroll?

Salary calculation is not promised; approved attendance, leave, and advance records stay in Corex360. The accounting side is on the Accounting and HR page.

09What should I look for in HR and time and attendance software, and which products exist?

Check whether your attendance device connects, whether each approval is logged with who and when, whether late clock-ins and clock-outs outside the location go to approval, whether access is role-based, and how the payroll side will work. In Corex360 the device connects to the core, these events come to the approval center, and the payroll side is set at setup. Device questions are answered in the HR and attendance FAQ.

02What does attendance tracking software do?

Attendance tracking software takes clock-in records from the device and follows attendance. In Corex360 clock-ins land on the staff card. The general idea is covered in what is time and attendance software.

04How do leave, advance, and overtime approvals work?

In Corex360 the request runs through an approval flow; each approval is logged with who and when.

06How do late clock-ins and clock-outs outside the location show up?

Corex360 moves these events to the approval center: late clock-ins, clock-outs outside the location, overtime from a late clock-out, and shifts the system closed because they were never ended are listed there. The manager sees the employee's note and department, then approves or rejects.

08What drives the cost of time and attendance software?

The Corex360 price consists of a setup fee and a licence fee; no list price is published on the site, and pricing comes in a written quote after the demo. Attendance tracking is not a separate product; it is part of the HR module and runs on the same core.

10Who can see personal data?

Access is role-based and logged: only those whose role allows it see personal data. Personal data is processed under KVKK, Turkey's data protection law; the installation runs on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server. See Security.
