Corex360 CRM modules

Corex360 modules are not separate products but parts of the same core: customers, conversations, calls, staff, and files sit on the same core. Below are the modules with their own page and the other modules on the same core.

Definition

What is a Corex360 module?

A Corex360 module is the part of Corex360, the CRM (customer relationship management), ERP (enterprise resource planning), and automation platform with business intelligence at its core, that runs one area of the business. Modules are not separate products; they are parts of one core and share the same customer record, so data is entered once. Messages, calls, and email link to the same person, so the last contact date is clear.

The product menu places the modules in groups. Communication holds Messaging, Email, and Cloud PBX; Sales and Operations holds CRM, Projects, Accounting, and Shipping and Logistics; Organization and People holds HR, Corporate Management, and Store; Digital holds Web, Marketing, Corex Drive, and Corex Agents. Architecture also has a vertical module, Vesya Corex Architecture.

The business intelligence core reads the records coming from the modules, spots risk, and opens tasks; it is the core itself, not a separate reporting tool. Corex360 runs in a company-specific space on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server, and the choice is written into the agreement. Access is role-based; each user sees only the records within their role. The iOS and Android app connects to the same core as well.

Corex Agents is the module where a company defines its own virtual employees. A virtual employee's jobs are scheduled and tied to approval; the virtual employee does its work with the modules' system tools.

Module pages

Which modules have their own page?

Each Corex360 module page covers what the module does, what it does not do, and what it connects to. The pages set out, in the same order, the module's definition and who it is for, the features read from the real product screen, the workflow from a price question to a contract or from a request to an approval, the channels it connects to, and frequently asked questions.

On the same core

What do the other modules do?

These Corex360 modules do not have their own page yet; the work of each one is listed in short. They are parts of the same core too and use the same customer, staff or project record; none is set up as a separate product. The list gives each module's name and the work it does today in one sentence.

  • EmailA full mail client with inbox, sent, drafts, starred, and labels; Gmail (Google Workspace) accounts connect.
  • ProjectsProjects, tasks, and task approvals; interim reports go to the customer, who follows the project live on the web.
  • AccountingIssues sales and purchase invoices on the same core as the customer card and passes them to your accounting software.
  • Shipping and Logistics
  • Corporate ManagementDepartments, vehicles with live tracking, and the org chart.
  • StoreAn internal points store where employees redeem rewards, with a leaderboard.
  • WebThe company website's content, product catalog, menus, languages, newsletter, and a website builder.
  • MarketingA content planner.
  • Corex AgentsVirtual employees: scheduled jobs, pending approvals, and the modules' system tools.
  • Vesya Corex ArchitectureFor architecture firms in Turkey: zoning status lookup, plan notes, proposals, and presentations.

One record

How do the modules work together?

The hand-offs between modules are links seen on the Corex360 screen: a record that starts in one module carries on in the same record in another. A chat in Messaging becomes an opportunity, a PBX call links to the caller's contact record and a web form opens an opportunity card; the customer card keeps documents in Corex Drive, and attendance events go to the approval center.

  • Messaging → CRM

A conversation in the Messaging window can be turned into an opportunity in the CRM (customer relationship management) module; the converted conversation then carries the opportunity number as a badge in the list and its header.

  • Cloud PBX → CRM

Call Center and Customers open as tabs in the same window; a call is linked to the contact record of the calling number.

  • Web form → CRM

The quote form on your website opens an opportunity card automatically; the request lands in the quote list and the card shows how long it has been waiting.

  • CRM → Corex Drive

The Files and Drive tabs on the customer card keep that customer's documents inside the card; quotes and contracts sit in tabs on the same card.

  • HR and attendance → approval

Attendance events such as a late clock-in, a clock-out outside the location, or overtime go to the approval center; the manager sees the employee's note and approves or rejects.

Where to start

Which modules work for your role?

Each solution page follows one role's working day in Corex360 and shows which module comes in at which point. The manager starts from the morning briefing, the sales team from the inbox, the field team from the vehicle and the project, accounting and HR from clock-ins and approvals; all use records on the same core, and the module cards show the hour of the day each one steps in.

Guides

Read about what the modules do.

The ideas behind the modules are explained in separate posts and glossary entries: the CRM, WhatsApp CRM, cloud PBX, time and attendance and document management system posts cover each concept, and the CRM versus ERP post explains how the two kinds of software differ. The FAQ sections gather channel, HR and security questions area by area.

Keep going

Where to next?

After the module pages, reading continues on other hub pages: the solution pages explain the same modules through a role's working day or a single need, the security and hosting page explains where data sits and who sees it, the FAQ gathers setup questions, and the about page tells who builds Corex360.

Related questions

How does Corex360 CRM work with the other modules?
Corex360 CRM is not a separate program but a module of the Corex360 core; it works on the same record as messaging, the PBX, Corex Drive, and the other modules.
Which modules are needed from day one?
The modules needed from day one are those that hold the data carried by hand the most today; the rest can be switched on in stages once the team is used to the first ones.
Is Corex360 a CRM or an ERP?
Both: Corex360 is a CRM, ERP, and automation platform with business intelligence at its core. The CRM module manages the customer relationship, the ERP modules manage projects, accounting, and HR, and the automation layer connects the processes. The record is created once, and every module works on the same record. The customer side is detailed on the CRM module scope.
