Digital maturity self-check: the Kesit review, no score
The Kesit review is a question set that needs no sign-up and shows, in four qualitative levels, how information is kept in a business's customer, quote, communication, team, field and reporting layers. It gives no score or percentage; for each layer it names your level and the concrete step to the next one. You can print the result and discuss it with your team.
Digital maturity is how far information has moved from paper and people into linked records, and from there into rule-driven work. The Kesit review looks at this across six layers with four levels: paper and people, scattered digital, connected records, rule-driven. The result is not a score but a next step for each layer; it does not replace an official maturity report.
What do the four levels describe?
The four levels describe where information lives in the business and carry no ranking score. At paper and people it depends on a person; in scattered digital it is spread across files; in connected records it is gathered in one place; at rule-driven, a broken record hands the work to someone responsible by itself. Each layer is read separately at its own level.
| Level | What it means |
|---|---|
| Paper and people | Information is on paper or in one person's memory; if the person is away, so is the information. |
| Scattered digital | Information is digital but the tools do not know about each other; the same data is typed twice. |
| Connected records | Records sit in one place and are linked; who did what and when is on record. |
| Rule-driven | Records follow rules; when a rule breaks, the work lands on someone responsible by itself. |
Which level are your layers at?
For each layer choose the sentence closest to your situation today; as soon as you choose, that layer's level and next step are listed in the result. You do not have to fill in every layer, and the result updates as soon as you change a choice. You can print the result and discuss it with your team; the answers never leave your browser and are not sent anywhere.

Why does this check give no score?
A score adds different layers into one number and hides what needs fixing: a business with strong customer records and weak field work can look fine on average. The Kesit review therefore shows each layer separately and puts the next step, not a number, first. The questions were written for a business to read its own situation, not to sell software; the answers never leave the browser.
- Answers are processed only in your browser; the form is not sent anywhere and no sign-up is needed.
- The result is not an official digital maturity report or a document for a support application.
- Kesit (Turkish for cross-section) is the drawing idea behind these pages: cutting the business layer by layer and looking at where the record sits in each.
- Who is the self-check written for?
- For small and mid-sized businesses with customers, quotes, a team and field work: companies with a sales team, a field or service team and office staff. If one of the layers does not apply to you, leave it empty; the result shows only the layers you choose.
- How does Corex360 bring these layers together?
- In the Corex360 product menu, Messages, Email and PBX sit in the communication group; CRM, Projects and Accounting in the sales and operations group; HR in the organisation group; Corex Drive in the digital group. All of them connect to the same core; you choose which module fits your layer together with your own work.
- Can I use the result in a support application?
- No. The result is not an official digital maturity report and does not replace the assessment that support programmes require. It is a working note for discussing your business's situation with your team and choosing the next step; how the official assessment works is explained in the related article.
The official maturity assessment that support programmes ask for is covered in the KOSGEB digital transformation support article, and the first steps of digitalisation in a small business in the SME digitalisation article. The decision file describes what is in the product today, section by section; the modules page shows how the layers come together on one core.
