Project management software: the project on the customer card,
the delay in the morning report.
Corex360 is a business application that keeps a project manager's tasks, files, contract and customer questions on the same customer record. The project opens from the Projects tab on the customer card; task management counts open, overdue and completed work and warns about tasks at risk. The customer follows the project from their own panel.
Short answer
Corex360 for the project manager: project, tasks, files and contract on the same customer record. Overdue and at-risk tasks are visible, X AI opens a task when a rule breaks, and the morning report puts open work in one summary.
A project manager's day · illustrative
From the morning list to the report the customer gets.
This project manager's day is a scenario; the times and records are examples. The flow follows how Corex360 works for project management: the project on the card, each task with its owner, files on the record, delays in the report. The day starts with what is waiting for you; the project opens from the customer's card, overdue work shows itself, drawings and documents are tied to the record, and the customer follows the status from their own panel.
Start
What is waiting for you, on the first screen.
You opened Corex360. The start screen shows your pinned projects, what you opened last and what is waiting for you; one task is waiting for approval. The X AI morning report puts yesterday's overdue work and the tasks due this week in one summary.
Project
The project opens from the customer's card.
You opened the new job from the Projects tab of the customer card. You wrote the tasks; each has an owner and a due date. The customer's earlier meeting, quote and contract sit in the tabs of the same card; you did not set up the project again in separate software.

Tasks
Overdue work shows itself.
Task management counts open, overdue and completed tasks; there is a warning on one task at risk. You spoke to the task's owner and updated the date. You approved a task that needed approval; who approved it and when went on record.
Files
Drawings and documents on the record.
You put the photo from the site and the latest drawing in the Files tab of the customer card; they sit in Corex Drive, tied to the record. You split the window in two: the task list on the left, the files on the right. Who can see a file depends on permission, and every view is recorded.

Customer
The customer follows the status from the portal.
The customer was going to ask where the project stands; they did not. From the portal set up for them they see their project, quotes and conversations. You sent the week's interim report; the customer follows the project's status on the web.
Close
The report is ready tomorrow morning.
Today's closed tasks, the files put on the card and the interim report you sent are on record. The contract's start and end dates sit on the contract card. X AI gives an end-of-day summary; the morning report puts overdue and risky work in front of you again. You write nobody a separate status email.

Why it is possible
Project, task, file on one record.
Projects get scattered by tools: tasks in a job tracking spreadsheet, files in a shared folder, the contract in accounting, the customer's question on the phone. In Corex360 the project opens from the customer card; tasks, files, quotes and the contract sit in the tabs of the same record. Task management shows overdue and at-risk work, X AI follows rule-bound work, and the customer follows the project from their own portal.
Rule
How is a project watched through rules?
Corex360's assistant X AI follows rule-bound work; when a rule breaks it opens a task and assigns an owner. The delivery, file and approval rules are written once; they stay when the team changes. For example, if a delivery date is near and the task is still open, a task goes to the owner and the matter enters the morning report; if a task sent for approval is not approved, the approver gets a reminder.

If we ran the project, what would we want?
The list holds sentences you know from any project desk; opposite each is what Corex360 does today. Not rebuilding the project in a separate program, not learning about late work in a meeting, knowing who does what by when, not hunting for the latest drawing, and contract dates that do not slip past are among them.

- I would want
I should not set the project up again in separate software.

Corex360 modules
Which modules work at the project desk?

FAQ
What project managers ask.
The questions a project manager researches when looking for software, and Corex360's answers.
01How does a project manager use Corex360?
The project opens from the Projects tab of the customer card; tasks, files and meetings sit in the tabs of the same card. Task management counts open, overdue and completed tasks and warns on tasks at risk. The general idea of project software is covered in what project management software is.
03Can the customer see the project's status?
Yes. A customer company gets a customer portal where it sees its project, quotes and conversations. Interim reports go to the customer, who follows the project's status on the web.
05Who notices overdue work?
Task management warns on tasks at risk. X AI follows rule-bound work; when a rule breaks it opens a task and assigns an owner. The morning report puts open and overdue work in one summary; it shows in the iOS and Android app and in the browser.
07Does every team member see every project?
No. Access is role-based; each user sees only the records within their role. Permission changes need manager approval and are logged.
02How are task owners and dates tracked?
Every task has an owner and a due date. A task can wait for approval and gets an automatic code; the approval is logged with who and when. Overdue tasks are counted separately on the list.
04Where are project files kept?
In Corex360 a file sits inside the record it belongs to, in Corex Drive; the customer card has Files and Drive tabs. Files are encrypted and permission-bound, and every view and download is recorded. The general logic of document order is in what a document management system is.
06Do the contract and progress billing sit with the project?
The contract sits in the Contracts tab of the same customer card; the contract card shows the type, amount, start and end date and who created it. Progress billing runs with the contract too. For work with building sites this flow is covered in quotes and progress billing in construction.
08Can we bring over our current project list?
Existing customer and contact records are moved together at setup; which project records move and how is settled in the demo. The steps of a switch are collected in CRM (customer relationship management) switch checklist.
