CRM assistant · X AI rule engine

The CRM assistant does the follow-up,
you make the decision.

X AI is the artificial-intelligence assistant that works inside Corex360. It reads your email, files the conversation on the customer card, reminds you of the unanswered quote and reports to you every morning. When it comes to money, contracts and people, it stops and asks.

Short answer

X AI reminds you of the unanswered quote, reports every morning and asks you on decisions about money and people.

Today

Why does a process depend on someone remembering?

Quote follow-up, renewals, service days and incoming email often live in one person's memory. The inbox turns into the to-do list; the unanswered quote rides on a sticky note, the ending contract on a calendar alert, and both leave with the person. You learn what happened when the month closes, and when the person changes, the process changes too.

The inbox became the to-do list

Quote, invoice, complaint and meeting in the same inbox; which was filed on a card and which was forgotten is unclear.

Reminders stay with a person

The report comes at month end, late

You learn what happened when the month closes; the day the decision was needed is long gone.

X AI

The morning report comes from X AI.

Overnight Corex360's assistant X AI reads the core and the inbox; in the morning it gives you one report: what it did, what is waiting, what it is asking you. Once company email is connected, it reads incoming email and matches the sender to the customer card; for an unanswered quote it opens a task. It stops at sending, discounts, payments, leave and permissions and waits for your approval.

  • Follows every job

An unanswered quote is the most common case: when a rule breaks it opens a task and assigns an owner.

Rule

When a rule breaks, X AI opens a task.

Corex360's assistant X AI follows rule-bound work; when a rule breaks it opens a task and assigns an owner. It reminds you of an unanswered quote and asks you before any message goes to the customer. The contract's start and end dates sit on the contract card and contract decisions are asked of you; because incoming email is filed on the sender's card, the thread does not stay with one person.

  • Quote follow-up

Quote sent, no reply: the reminder draft is ready, it goes with your approval.

  • Contract dates

Start and end dates sit on the contract card; contract decisions are asked of you.

  • Email to the card

How it works

How is follow-up handed to the assistant?

The handover starts by connecting the channels to Corex360: company email, WhatsApp, Instagram and the PBX connect to the core, and X AI starts reading incoming email. The most common case is quote follow-up; if a quote is sent and no reply comes, X AI reminds you and opens a task for the owner. It asks you on money, contracts and people, and every morning it reports what it did in one report.

What changes

What changes when the assistant does the follow-up?

Follow-up leaves one person's memory and moves into Corex360; when a rule breaks, a task opens and is assigned an owner, so the job is not forgotten. Because sending, payment and permission steps wait for your approval, the decision stays with you. The morning report and the end-of-day summary arrive every day, so the day a decision is needed is in front of you without waiting for a month-end report.

We build the demo with your email and your quote; we write the first rule together. In the call you watch an incoming email being filed on the customer card, the task opened for a quote with no reply, and the morning report, using your own data. Corex360 modules

Which modules does X AI work with?

X AI reads every arm of the same core, and the rule runs on all of them. The intelligence core joins the records, Email and PBX bring the inbox and call history to the card, and Messaging gathers WhatsApp, Instagram and web chats. The CRM (customer relationship management) holds customers, opportunities, quotes and contracts; reports and approvals are in the mobile app, and every suggestion sits in the Corex360 Security log.

FAQ

About X AI, what people ask.

The questions a manager researches about an assistant, and Corex360's answers.

01What is X AI?

X AI is the Corex360 assistant. It reads the records in the core and the inbox, opens tasks by the rules, prepares drafts, reports in the morning and asks you at any step that needs a decision. It is not a separate tool; it works inside Corex360. The helper referred to as Corex Assistant elsewhere on the site is X AI; the manager's morning briefing is described on the Manager page.

03Does X AI decide for me?

No. X AI prepares and asks. Steps such as sending, discounts, payments, leave and permissions wait for your approval. The decision stays with you. The assistant's limits are covered in what an AI assistant leaves out.

05Do I need technical knowledge to write a rule?

What you need to describe a rule is knowledge of the process: whoever knows what should happen, in which situation and for whom, can set out the rule. In Corex360 X AI follows rule-bound work; when a rule breaks, it opens a task and assigns an owner. How rule engines work in general is explained in how a rule engine works.

07Where are my data and email processed?

In a company-specific space on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server. In both cases the same security layer runs, access is role-based and logged, personal data is processed under KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law).

02Does X AI really read my email; what does it do with it?

Yes. Once corporate email is connected, X AI reads incoming email, matches the sender to the customer card and files it there. The email stays on record, and X AI also reminds you of quotes that got no reply.

04When and where does the report arrive?

X AI gives a briefing every morning and an evening summary; it shows in the iOS and Android app and in the browser. The report shows what it did, what is waiting and what it is asking, in one list.

06Which jobs does it follow?

X AI follows rule-bound work; the most common case is an unanswered quote. When a rule breaks it opens a task and assigns an owner, and every morning its report shows what it did and what is waiting. All of the assistant's capabilities are gathered on the X AI page.

08Will the team get used to X AI?

X AI does not bring the team a new screen; it appears next to the card as tasks, drafts and reminders. Choosing the first rule is covered in where to start with automation.

Other solutions

Which need is yours?

Corex360 solution pages come in two groups. Pages by role follow a working day of the manager, the sales team, the field team, accounting and HR, customer service, the project manager and the architecture practice. Pages by need take one job each: customer tracking, quote tracking, leave tracking, unifying channels, handing follow-up to the assistant, measuring the team, or the hosting decision. All of them run on the same Corex360 core.
