The drawing on the desk,
the proposal and the files on record.

Corex360 is a business application that keeps an architect's enquiry, proposal, revision, contract and drawings on one client record. Where the enquiry came from is written on the opportunity card; the proposal, revised proposal and contract sit in the tabs of the same record, and drawings and documents are tied to it in Corex Drive. Once the project starts, the client follows it from a panel opened for them.

Short answer

Corex360 for an architecture practice: enquiry, proposal, revision, contract and project on one customer record; drawings and documents tied to it in Corex Drive. X AI reminds you of unanswered proposals; sending stays with your approval.

An architect's day · illustrative

From the morning enquiry to the signed contract.

This architect's day is a scenario; the times and records are examples. The flow follows how Corex360 works in an architecture practice: the enquiry on the card, proposal and revision on the same record, drawings on file, the project in the portal. The day starts with a card that shows where the enquiry came from; survey photos and measurements go on file, the proposal and revised proposal sit in the same tab, and contract and project meet on the same card.

Enquiry

Where the enquiry came from, on the card.

A villa owner asked for a proposal through the website, another took your card on a site visit. Both are open as opportunities; the source is written on the card: website, site visit, referral. In the sales pipeline you see at a glance which opportunity is waiting for a proposal.

Survey

Photos and measurements on file.

You went to the plot. You put the photos, the measurement note and the title deed the client sent into the Files tab of the customer card; they sit in Corex Drive, tied to the record. Who can see them depends on permission, and every view is recorded.

Proposal

The proposal on the client's card.

You prepared the proposal from the opportunity card. The proposals screen shows the proposal number, amount, status, approval column and validity date; for an overseas client the amount can be in a foreign currency and the proposal written in English. The proposal sits in the Quotes tab of the customer card; it goes out with your approval.

Revision

The revised proposal in the Quotes tab too.

The client asked for one more floor; the scope changed. You prepared the revised proposal on the same client's card; it sits in the Quotes tab too. The correspondence explaining the change and the latest drawing are on the same card. If someone asks in three months what that amount was based on, you will not search an email thread for the answer.

Contract

Contract and project on the same card.

The client accepted the proposal. The contract card shows the type, amount, start and end date; the contract sits in the Contracts tab. You opened the project from the Projects tab of the same card. A portal was set up for the client; they will see their project, proposals and conversations there.

Close

An unanswered proposal is not forgotten.

Still nothing from the other villa owner. X AI reminds you of proposals without a reply; the morning report shows waiting proposals and work due this week. The report opens on the phone and in the browser; nobody walks from desk to desk asking what happened to that proposal.

Why it is possible

Enquiry, proposal, drawing on one record.

In an architecture practice the mess comes from revisions: every change is a new email, a new file name, a new amount. In Corex360 the enquiry, proposal, revised proposal, contract and project sit in the tabs of the same customer record; drawings and documents are tied to that record in Corex Drive. The vertical module for zoning lookups, plan notes, proposals and presentations in architecture practices is called Vesya Corex Architecture. X AI follows rule-bound work, and sending needs approval.

Rule

How are proposals and files watched through rules?

Corex360's assistant X AI follows rule-bound work; when a rule breaks it opens a task and assigns an owner. The practice writes the rule once; it stays when the project team changes. For example, if a sent proposal gets no reply, or a survey task closes without a file on the card, a reminder and a task open; a task still open as the delivery date nears goes to its owner and into the morning report.

We thought in your place

If we sat at the drawing board, what would we want?

The list holds sentences you know from any architecture practice; opposite each is what Corex360 does today. Knowing where the enquiry came from, not searching email for the basis of a revision, not asking which drawing is the latest, giving a foreign client a proposal in their own language, and a client who does not ask about the project every day are among them.

Corex360 modules

Which modules work in the architecture practice?

The modules in the architecture practice are parts of the same core; each card shows the hour of the day it steps in. The CRM (customer relationship management) keeps the opportunity, its source and the sales pipeline; the proposal is recorded with amount, currency, language and validity date, the contract with type, amount and dates. Corex Drive ties photos, measurements and drawings to the record, the client follows the project from their own panel, and X AI reminds you of unanswered proposals.

FAQ

What architects ask.

The questions an architecture practice researches when looking for software, and Corex360's answers.

01What does an architect's day look like in Corex360?

In the morning the architect sees the enquiry on the opportunity card with its source, puts photos and measurements on the card after the survey, and prepares the proposal from the opportunity card. The proposal, revised proposal, contract and project sit in the tabs of the same customer record; drawings and documents are tied to it in Corex Drive. A practice's project flow is covered in project tracking in an architecture practice.

03Can we quote an overseas client in a foreign currency and in English?

Yes. The proposal amount can be written in a foreign currency, the proposal language can be chosen, and notes can be added to a line. The proposals screen shows the proposal number, status, approval column and validity date.

05Is there a separate module for zoning lookups and plan notes?

The vertical module for zoning lookups, plan notes, proposals and presentations in architecture practices is called Vesya Corex Architecture. How it would work in your practice is shown in the demo. What a zoning status is, is explained briefly in the glossary.

07Does X AI send the proposal?

No. X AI sends no reply or proposal to a client on its own; sending needs approval. It reminds you of proposals without a reply; the contract's start and end dates sit on the contract card.

02Where does a revised proposal go?

The revised proposal is in the Quotes tab too; the correspondence that changed the scope and the latest drawing are on the same customer card. The general steps of preparing a proposal are in how to prepare a quote.

04Are drawings and project files safe?

In Corex Drive files are encrypted and permission-bound; sharing uses time-limited, permission-bound links that can be revoked. Every view and download is recorded.

06Can the client see the project's status?

A client company gets a customer portal where it sees its project, proposals and conversations. Interim reports go to the client, who follows the project's status on the web.

08Does everyone in the practice see every project?

No. Access is role-based; each user sees only the records within their role. The same file shows to each department with its own permission; permission changes need manager approval and are logged.
