Pricing
Corex360 pricing: setup and licence,
no per-user fee.
Corex360 pricing is a two-part model: a setup fee and a licence fee. One licence fee covers up to 50 users; we do not charge per user. We do not publish amounts on the site; the figure is in a written quote prepared for you after the demo call.

Pricing model
Which parts make up the price?
Corex360 is priced by setup and licence, not per user. The setup fee is the item paid for setting Corex360 up for your company; the licence fee is the fee for the right to use Corex360, and a single licence fee applies for up to 50 users. As the team grows up to 50 users, adding a new user does not change the licence fee.
Setup fee
The item paid for setting Corex360 up for your company; one of the two parts of the price.
Licence fee
The fee for the right to use Corex360. A single licence fee applies for up to 50 users.
No per-user fee
Adding a new user to the team does not change the licence fee, up to 50 users.
Comparison
How does it differ from per-user pricing?
The left column describes the general case in software priced per user; it varies from vendor to vendor. The right column is the Corex360 model. In the per-user model every new user adds to the total, and each account opened for field, sales, or finance staff may be charged separately, depending on the vendor. In Corex360 the licence fee does not change up to 50 users, there is no separate charge per account, and the figure comes in a written quote prepared after the demo.
| Topic | In software priced per user | In Corex360 |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing unit | A fee per user, usually paid monthly or yearly | A setup fee and a licence fee |
| Adding users to the team | Every new user adds to the total | Up to 50 users, the licence fee does not change |
| Opening accounts for field, sales or finance staff | Each account may be charged separately, depending on the vendor | No separate charge per account |
| Setup | Included in a plan or sold as a separate service, depending on the vendor | A separate item: the setup fee |
| Where the figure appears | A list price on the site or a quote, depending on the vendor | A written quote prepared after the demo |
Short answer
Which pricing model does Corex360 use?
Two pricing models are common for CRM software. In the first, a periodic fee is paid for each user and the total grows with the team. In the second, a setup fee and a licence fee are paid; the licence stays the same up to a set number of users. Corex360 uses the second model: a setup fee and one licence fee for up to 50 users.
Each item is covered in detail in what drives CRM prices.
Quote topics
Which topics does a quote cover?
The first three rows are the price itself: the setup fee, one licence fee for up to 50 users, and no per-user fee. The rows after them are topics a quote covers. Which modules are switched on, the hosting choice, migration of existing customer and contact records, the channels to connect, and payment and term are among them; each row says what we can say today.
| Topic | Scope | What we can say today |
|---|---|---|
| Setup fee | Setting Corex360 up for your company | One of the two parts of the price |

| User count | The staff who get an account | No per-user fee |

| Data migration | Moving your existing customer and contact records | We move your records together with you |
| Channels | Which channels are connected; for example WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat | The Messaging window brings these channels into one inbox |
| Payment and term | Payment terms, the length of the agreement and the licence | On the topic list: Payment and term |

FAQ
About pricing, what do people ask?
The questions asked most before requesting a Corex360 quote are about the parts of the price, user count, the setup fee, a free trial, setup on your own server, payment terms, what happens to data when the agreement ends, and migrating an existing customer list. The answers rest on the pricing model and the quote topic table; they give no amounts.
How much does Corex360 cost?
Corex360 pricing consists of a setup fee and a licence fee; one licence covers up to 50 users. We do not publish amounts on the site; the figure is set by a written quote prepared for you after the demo call. The topics in a quote are listed in the quote topic table.
Is Corex360 priced per user?
No. There is no per-user fee in Corex360: one licence fee applies for up to 50 users, and adding users to the team does not change the licence up to that limit. The other part of the price is the setup fee.
Is there a separate setup fee?
Yes, the setup fee is one of the two parts of the price; the other is the licence fee. Its scope is a separate item on the demo topic list.
How does the licence work for teams above 50 users?
The licence is a single fee for up to 50 users. For teams above that number, the licence scope is a separate item on the demo topic list.
What makes CRM software prices differ?
In general, the total of a CRM quote is set by the pricing model (per user or licence), module scope, hosting, data migration, integrations, setup, training, support, and exit terms. What each factor changes and what to ask a vendor are covered in what drives CRM cost.
Is there a Corex360 free trial?
No, there is no Corex360 free trial; the product cannot be tried without setup. You see Corex360 in a live online demo presentation with our team. You can request the demo through the contact form.
Is the price different on our own server?
Corex360 runs in two ways: in a company-specific space on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server. The choice is written into the agreement, and the same Corex360 Security layer runs in both. Who handles setup, updates, and upkeep is a separate item on the topic list. The options are on the Run on your own server page.
Is payment monthly or annual?
Payment terms and the licence term are the Payment and term item on the demo topic list. The hosting choice is written into the agreement.
What happens to our data when the agreement ends?
Personal data is processed under KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law), and the hosting choice is written into the agreement. Data export and handover at the end of the agreement have their own item on the topic list. The security layer is on the Security page.
Is migrating our existing customer list part of the quote?
We move your existing customer and contact records together with you. Which records move is the Scope of migration item on the topic list. The CRM module itself is on the CRM module page.
