Mobile app
The same record,
on the phone.
The Corex360 mobile app is the iOS and Android app tied to the same core; these questions briefly cover what it can do and what the field team sees on the phone. Each answer stands on its own; if your question is not listed, write to us through the form.
What opens on the phone in the Corex360 app?
The Corex360 iOS and Android app is tied to the same core, so a record opened on the phone is the same record as in the browser. The phone has pending approvals, notifications, the morning briefing, the customer card, the inbox, and quotes. During a visit a salesperson sees the card, the timeline, quotes, and contracts, and adds notes and photos; the field team follows tasks and files in the tabs of the customer card. X AI's morning briefing and end-of-day summary open in the app as well.
01Does Corex360 have a mobile app?

02What is a mobile CRM?
A mobile CRM puts the customer record on the phone: the person in the field sees and updates the card, and the office knows at the same time. In Corex360 the mobile app is not a separate product but the phone face of the same core; the card, timeline, quote and contract go with you, and notes and photos are entered right there. The term is defined in the Glossary.
03How does a field team use a CRM on the phone?
With the Corex360 app the field team looks at the same record as the office: tasks, the project, and files sit in the tabs of the customer card, and photos and documents are tied to the record in Corex Drive. Task management counts open, overdue, and completed tasks, and a task can wait for approval. Each user sees only the records within their role. The field day is on the Field and operations page.
04Can a salesperson see the customer card on the phone?
Yes. In the app the customer card, timeline, quote and contract go with you, and notes and photos are entered right there. The inbox also opens on the phone on the same record, so a salesperson updates the card during the visit. Before a meeting, the customer's history is gathered on one card. The sales team's day is on the Sales team page.
05Does the morning briefing show on the phone?
Yes, X AI's morning briefing shows on the phone: the assistant gives a briefing every morning and an end-of-day summary, and both open in the iOS and Android app and in the browser. The assistant also follows rule-bound work and, when a rule breaks, opens a task and assigns an owner. More in the X AI questions.
How are approvals, requests, and sign-ins from a new device recorded?
Steps involving money, contracts, and people wait for approval; the approval request sits on the same record, and each approval is recorded with who gave it, when, and from which device. Leave and advance requests are opened inside the product from the quick create area of the start screen and go to the pending approvals screen. A sign-in from a new device is recorded by Corex360 Security, and anything unusual is reported to the account owner at once. Offline use is not promised.
06How is an approval given on the phone?
In Corex360 steps involving money, contracts, and people wait for approval; the approval request sits on the same record, and the manager sees there what is being approved. Every approval is logged with who, when, and from which device. No verbal approval, screenshot, or separate message is needed.
07Can leave and advances be requested from the phone?
The Corex360 Human Resources module runs leave and advance requests through an approval flow, and every approval stays on record; the Corex360 app runs on iOS and Android. Requests are opened in the product: the quick-create area on the start screen includes leave and advance requests, and a request lands on the awaiting-approval screen. The whole flow is in the HR and Attendance questions.
08What happens when someone signs in from a new phone?
A sign-in from a new device is logged by Corex360 Security, and an unusual event is reported to the account owner immediately. Security logs every sign-in, device, and access. A user on the phone sees only the records within their role. The same device log also shows which device the approvals from that phone came from.
09Does a CRM mobile app work without internet?
Offline use is not promised on this site for the Corex360 mobile app; the iOS and Android app works tied to the same core. In the flow described today, reports, photos, and approvals entered in the app land on the same record. A user on the phone sees only the records within their role.
