When measurement tools run
The site has one measurement loader: Google Tag Manager. It runs only on the live corex360.com address and starts after the page has opened. When the page opens, the analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization permissions start as denied. If you accept in the cookie banner, these permissions switch to granted.
What measurement events contain
Measurement events describe a form being sent, the demo window opening and a click on a WhatsApp, phone or email link. They do not contain your name, email or phone; they carry details such as the form type, the language and the path of the page where the event happened.
Ad click identifiers
If you arrive through an ad link, the address may contain click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid. When ad storage is denied, the site tells Google tags to remove these identifiers from their requests (ads_data_redaction). If you send the form, the identifiers are added to your request.
What you type into the tools
Your choices in the pricing prep wizard are processed in your browser; they are not sent to the server or stored. The quote template and annual leave calculator write a draft to your browser's local storage only when you press Keep the draft on this device. The draft is not sent to a server and is removed with Delete the draft.
Fonts and the WhatsApp link
The site's fonts load from the corex360.com server, so no request goes to another font service. The WhatsApp button takes you to wa.me and adds the context of the page you are on as a pre-filled message. When you click the link, this pre-filled text goes to wa.me; whether you send the message is your decision.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my light or dark theme choice kept?
It is kept in your browser's local storage under the name cx-tema. If you have not chosen, the site follows your operating system's light or dark setting.
Why does the language suggestion appear only once?
If your browser language differs from the page language, the site suggests the same page in that language. When you open or close the suggestion, the decision is kept in local storage and the suggestion is not shown again.
Does my name appear in measurement data?
No. Measurement events do not contain a name, email or phone. These details reach the CRM only with your request, when you send the form.
