Corex360 fact sheet
The Corex360 fact sheet is a list of only those Corex360 facts that have a source: the real product screens, the product registry, or the company's written statement. Anything without a clear source, or still awaiting confirmation, stays off the sheet and is added once its source is clear.

Who is Corex360 and where does it come from?
Corex360 is the technology company of Savaş Grup. Corex360 is a CRM, ERP, and automation platform with business intelligence at its core. Modules are not separate products; they are parts of one core and share the same customer record, so data is entered once. The platform is built by our own team in Sancaktepe, Istanbul. Savaş Grup is a family group with roots going back to 1998 that grew in construction, architecture, and pools.
- Çilek Havuz develops pool, spa, and wellness projects in several countries.
- Corex360 was built to fix scattered records in the group's own companies and was used in our own operations first.
- Çilek Havuz runs its customer, proposal, attendance, vehicle, staff, accounting, and project processes in Corex360.
- Havuz Sepeti is the group's e-commerce brand.
- Harvend is the group's manufacturer and runs its production processes and recipes in Corex360.
- The founder is Yasin Savaş (Founder and Entrepreneur).
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30, Saturday 08:00-12:30.
- Legal entity and data controller: SAVAS GRUP İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.
What is in the Corex360 core?
The BI core reads incoming records, spots risk, and opens tasks; it is the core itself, not a separate reporting tool. Corex360 opens like a desktop with icons, a taskbar, and add-on widgets (exchange rates, weather, attendance clock-in, alarms, call center status), plus a support request button.
- Every module opens in a window that supports tabs, split view, window linking, always-on-top, lock, scaling, and back/forward history.
- The start screen shows pinned and recent items, what is waiting for you, and quick-create actions.
- Task management counts open, overdue, and done tasks, warns on at-risk tasks, supports approval status, and auto-numbers tasks.
- Each customer signs in at its own subdomain.
- In the group companies a quote is sent, the sale is approved and becomes a contract and a project; email and follow-up run automatically.
What work does the assistant do?
Once company email is connected, X AI reads incoming email, matches the sender to the customer card, and files it there. X AI follows rule-bound work; when a rule breaks it opens and assigns a task. X AI sends a morning briefing and an end-of-day summary, in the iOS and Android app and the browser.
- X AI stops and asks on money, contract, and people decisions; sending, discounts, payments, leave, and permissions wait for approval.
- X AI never replies to customers or sends quotes on its own; it drafts, and sending needs approval.
How are the messaging channels connected?
The Messaging window gathers WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat in one inbox; the channel is chosen from the left strip, which also holds a reports view. Above the list sit search, a line selector, and an "Assigned to me" filter; group chats carry a Group label. A conversation can be turned into an opportunity and then carries the opportunity number as a badge.
- The composer has attachment, emoji, and voice message buttons; replies can quote and mention people.
- Messages, calls, and email link to the same person, so the last contact date is clear.
- Conversations are kept on the customer card in Corex360, not on a salesperson's phone.
- The Email module is a full mail client; Gmail (Google Workspace) accounts connect.
- The Communication module holds Messaging (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, web widget), groups and archive, plus social media post scheduling and Facebook/Instagram account linking.
What does the PBX module show?
Calls run in the browser's Call Center window over a WebRTC extension assigned to each user; the window says so if none is assigned. The window shows Connected / Not connected and a Connect button. With the automatic info SMS switch on, the dialled number receives an SMS introducing the caller.
- PBX staff are listed with their extensions; numbers are dialled from a keypad.
- Outgoing and missed calls are listed with date, time, and duration.
- Call Center and Customers open as tabs in the same window.
- The PBX module has call center, numbers, staff, and call history screens; it integrates with NetGSM for PBX and SMS.

Corex360 CRM keeps customers, contacts, opportunities, quotes, and contracts on one record, with lifecycle and relationship score at the top. Customer card tabs: Overview, Contacts, Representatives, Tasks, Opportunities, Quotes, Contracts, Projects, Finance, Files, Drive, Meetings, Activities. Relationship score and assigned reps at the top, with This Week, Summary, and Recent Tasks panels.

- Quotes and contracts sit in the Quotes and Contracts tabs of the same card.

- The customer card also has Logs and Portal Access tabs.
- Customers get a portal where they see their project, quotes, and conversations and open support tickets.
- The opportunity screen separately counts unanswered, no-planned-activity, and untracked hot opportunities.
- The website quote form automatically opens an opportunity card and lands in the quote list; the card shows how long it has been waiting.
- Quotes carry number, customer, amount, status, approval, date and validity date; they use product/service templates, foreign currency, a selectable quote language, and notes.
- Contracts show type, amount, start and end dates, and creator, with statuses and templates; progress billing is handled with contracts.
- Product warranty periods are tracked.
- The Business Partners screen lists firms with sector tags, location, and project count.
- The CRM has customer support tickets and activity screens: activity center, my tasks, meetings, appointments, notes, agenda.
How does Corex Drive keep files?
In Corex Drive, files live inside the record they belong to; the customer card has Files and Drive tabs. Files are encrypted and permission-bound; sharing uses timed, permissioned, revocable links; each department sees a file under its own permission. Every view and download in Drive is logged.
- Corex Drive has My Drive, shared spaces by department or topic, custom tags, starred, recent, shared, and trash; the dashboard shows personal and shared storage use.
What do HR, attendance, and Team pulse cover?
The HR module handles leave and advance requests, overtime approvals, asset assignments, and time tracking. The attendance device connects to the core; clock-ins land on the staff card. Team pulse turns events into a score; employee of the month comes from the record; the manager writes the reward rule.
- Attendance events (auto-closed shifts, late clock-in, clock-out outside the location, overtime) go to the approval center with the employee's note; the manager approves or rejects.
- HR screens cover staff, attendance, shifts, timesheets, leave calendar, request flows (leave, advance, travel allowance, payment), assets, and definitions.
What links field, fleet, and projects?
- Vehicle tracking connects to the Corex360 core.
- Projects and finance open from the Projects and Finance tabs of the customer card.
- Corporate Management holds departments, vehicles, live vehicle tracking, and the org chart.
What does the accounting module cover?
- The Accounting module's integration list shows DIA, e-Invoice/e-Archive (GİB, the portal of Turkey's Revenue Administration), Logo, Mikro, Netsis and Paraşüt; a link to payroll software is not promised.

Corex360 runs in a company-specific space on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server; the choice is written into the agreement. The same Corex360 Security layer runs in both hosting options. Access is role-based; permission changes need manager approval and are logged.
- Personal data is processed under KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law).
- The platform has been through a comprehensive penetration test and is tested regularly.
What can be used on mobile?
- Corex360 has iOS and Android apps tied to the same core.
- Every approval is logged with who, when, and from which device.
How is Corex360 sold and set up?
No list price is published; pricing comes in a written quote after the demo. There is no free trial; the demo is a live online presentation. There is a dealer panel. Vesya Corex Architecture is the vertical module for architecture firms: zoning lookup, plan notes, proposals, and presentations.
- Corex360 pricing has two parts: a setup fee and a licence fee. The licence is one fee for up to 50 users; there is no per-user charge. Amounts are not published on the site; they come in the written quote after the demo.
