Quote tracking software
Quote preparation and tracking software:
every quote has a known status.
Quote tracking software is a tool that keeps the status, approval and validity date of every quote on one list. In Corex360 the document is built from a product or service template on the opportunity card; number, amount, status, approval and validity date sit on one list. Once accepted, it stays on the same customer card as its contract.

Short answer
Corex360 quote tracking is the quote screen inside the CRM (customer relationship management): the document is built from a template on the opportunity card; number, amount, status, approval and validity date sit on one list, and X AI reminds you of unanswered quotes.
Today
Why does a quote get lost after it is sent?
The price question arrives on WhatsApp, the answer is built in a spreadsheet, the approval stays in an email, and the customer's reply lands on a salesperson's phone. A revised version to the same customer gets lost in a folder, and the offer to a customer who does not reply is on nobody's list. Which one was accepted, which one expired and who approved the discount cannot be seen in one place.
Every quote is a separate file
A revised quote to the same customer gets lost in a folder; someone always asks which one is the latest.
An unanswered quote is forgotten
When the customer does not reply, the quote is on nobody's list; follow-up depends on someone remembering.
Approval and price are scattered
Who approved the discount stays in a thread; the quote and the contract live in different places.
The quote list
Number, approval and validity sit on the same row.
The quote screen in Corex360 CRM (customer relationship management) lists every record with its number, customer, amount, status, approval, date and validity date. Sent, accepted and success counters sit above the list. The document is built from a product or service template on the opportunity card; the amount can be in a foreign currency, its language can be chosen, and versions are kept on record.

- Approval step
In the sales pipeline, quotes awaiting approval and approved quotes are separate stages; on the list, approval has its own column. Where the quote sits on the customer card is shown on the CRM software page.
- Source on record
Where the opportunity came from stays on the record: WhatsApp, website, email, phone, referral or office visit. The quote form on your website opens an opportunity card by itself.
- Versions on record
Versions are kept on record. Quote and contract sit in the Quotes and Contracts tabs of the same customer card.

Sales pipeline
From opportunity to contract, the quote moves stage by stage.
In Corex360 the sales pipeline opens as a kanban and shows how many opportunities sit in each stage. In a sample pipeline the stages run from the incoming lead to quote preparation, from approval to sending, to won or lost, and to contract preparation. The contract of a won quote is recorded on the same customer card with its type, amount and dates.
- The untracked is counted
The opportunity screen counts unanswered opportunities, those with no planned activity and untracked hot ones separately.
- Waiting time shows
The card of an opportunity from the web form shows how many days the request has been waiting.
- X AI reminds
X AI reminds you of an unanswered quote; it never sends anything to a customer on its own, sending needs approval.
- The contract on the same card
The contract of a won quote sits on the same customer card with its type, amount, start and end dates; contract templates are there too.

How it works
How does quote tracking software work?
In Corex360 the process moves from question to contract on one record. A WhatsApp conversation or the quote form on your website opens an opportunity card, and the document is built from a template on that card. If it needs approval it waits in the awaiting-approval stage; once approved it moves to the sent stage. If no reply comes, X AI reminds you; the contract of an accepted quote is tied to the same card too.
- 01The question becomes an opportunity
A WhatsApp conversation is turned into an opportunity, and the quote form on your website opens an opportunity card by itself; the source stays on the record.
- 02The quote comes from a template
The product or service template, currency and document language are chosen; a note goes on the row.
- 03Approval and sending
If approval is needed, the record waits in the awaiting-approval stage; once approved it moves to the sent stage and its status changes on the list.
- 04Follow-up and outcome
X AI reminds you when no reply comes; the contract of an accepted quote sits on the same customer card.
What changes
What changes when quotes live on one list?
Because sent, accepted and pending quotes are counted on one Corex360 list, their status shows at a glance. Anything left unanswered gets a reminder and an untracked hot opportunity is counted apart, so follow-up does not rest on a salesperson's memory. Because the accepted document and its contract sit in tabs of the same customer card, nothing is copied into another file on the way from sale to contract.

Corex360 modules
Which modules carry the quote?
The quote is a tab of the customer card and works with modules on the same core. The CRM (customer relationship management) keeps opportunity, quote and contract on one card; Messaging and the quote form on your website turn a conversation or request into an opportunity. X AI reminds you of unanswered quotes, sales invoices are issued in the Accounting module, files sit inside the record in Corex Drive, and access is role-based.

Which details come up in the demo?
Some details of the quote flow in Corex360 are discussed in the demo call against your own process: which routes can take the quote to the customer today, which amount or discount needs approval, how the sample sales pipeline compares with your process and whether stage names can be changed, and how open quotes kept in spreadsheets are brought in.

FAQ
About quote tracking, what people ask.
The questions a sales team asks when looking at quote software, and Corex360's answers.
01What is quote tracking software?
Quote tracking software keeps the status, approval and validity date of every quote on one list. In Corex360 that list is the CRM quote screen: number, customer, amount, status, approval and validity date sit on the same row. How to write the document itself is covered in how to prepare a quote.
03Which currency and language can a quote use?
The amount can be written in a foreign currency and the document language can be chosen; both show on its row in the list. The document takes its name from a product or service template.
05How is an unanswered quote followed up?
X AI, the Corex360 assistant, reminds you of an unanswered quote. The opportunity screen also counts unanswered opportunities, those with no planned activity and untracked hot ones separately, so the sales manager sees an ownerless quote on the list. The logic of follow-up is covered in what quote tracking is.
07Where does a quote request from our website go?
The quote form on your website opens an opportunity card by itself and lands on the list as a website quote request; the card shows how many days the request has been waiting.
09Which tools are used for quote tracking and management, and what does such software do?
Quote tracking software or the matching section of a CRM is used; it follows each quote's status, approval and validity date and reminds you when no answer comes. In Corex360 the document is built from the opportunity card with a template, and X AI reminds you of quotes that get no answer.
02Should preparation and tracking be separate programs?
When they are separate, the document is prepared in one place and its answer awaited in another. In Corex360 it is built from a template on the opportunity card and tracked on the same list; once accepted, its contract sits on the same customer card. The questions to ask are gathered in how to choose quote tracking software.
04What happens to a revised quote?
Corex360 keeps earlier versions. Quote and contract sit in the Quotes and Contracts tabs of the same customer card.
06How are discounts and approvals recorded?
If approval is needed, the record waits in the awaiting-approval stage of the pipeline; on the list, approval has its own column. X AI stops and asks on money decisions; discount and sending steps wait for approval. Every approval is logged with who and when.
08Who sees the quotes, where are they kept?
Access is role-based; each user sees only the records within their role, and a permission change needs a manager's approval and is logged. These records sit on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server; the choice is written in the agreement.
10Which software do construction firms use to track quotes?
Construction firms track quotes with software that keeps them on the same record as the site survey, contract and progress payments. In Corex360 the document is built from the opportunity on the customer card and sits on the same card as the contract; X AI reminds you of quotes that get no answer.
