Contract, leave and attendance,
on one record.

Corex360 is a business application that keeps accounting and HR's contracts, invoices, leave and attendance on the same staff and customer records. Clock-ins land on the staff card, and leave and advance requests run through the approval flow; contracts and finance sit on the customer card. Information is entered once and is not joined by hand at month end.

Short answer

Clock-ins land on the staff card; leave, advance and overtime approvals are logged with who and when.

A finance and HR lead's day · illustrative

From the morning queue to the month-end close.

This finance and HR lead's day is a scenario; the times and records are examples. The flow follows how Corex360 works for accounting and HR: attendance goes on the staff card, requests pass through the approval flow, contracts and finance sit on the customer card, the record is created once. The day starts with the waiting list, leave and advances move through the approval flow, and month end closes without surprises.

Queue

You start the day with the queue.

Leave and advance requests and overtime approvals waiting in front of you; each tied to its own staff card. You do not tour the email inbox, the WhatsApp group and the papers on the desk.

Finance

The finance record is on the customer card.

You opened the customer's finance from the Finance tab of the card; the quote, the contract and the project sit in the tabs beside it; nobody looked for the same customer in two places.

Attendance

Clock-ins land on the staff card.

The attendance device is tied to the core; clock-ins land on the staff card. Overtime approval runs through the Human Resources module; at month end you do not complete the file from memory.

Leave and advance

The request in the approval flow, the approval on record.

The leave request entered the approval flow and the manager approved it. The advance request went the same way; the approval went on the staff card. No verbal approval on WhatsApp, no signature on paper.

Contract

Contract and finance on the same card.

The contract sales had signed sits in the Contracts tab of the customer card, the signed document in Corex Drive, tied to the record; the finance record is in the Finance tab of the same card. Access is role-based; everyone sees the records within their role.

Close

The month closes without surprises.

Today's posted attendance, granted leave and advance are on record. At month end no gaps in the file, no paper on the desk, no question in the head. Your manager will see the same list in the morning briefing.

Why it is possible

Contract, leave, attendance on one record.

The burden of accounting and HR comes from the second entry: the contract in sales, the invoice in accounting, clock-ins on a device, leave in a message; at month end it is all joined by hand. In Corex360 these sit on the same staff and customer records; the attendance device is tied to the core, leave, advance and overtime requests run through an approval flow and are logged. Personal data is processed under KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law) with role-based access.

Rule

How do the approval rules work?

Corex360's assistant X AI follows rule-bound work; when a rule breaks it opens a task and assigns an owner. The leave and advance approval rules are written once; they stay when people change. Overtime, advance and leave requests follow the same rule: the request arrives, a manager's approval is needed, the approval flow runs and the decision is logged; a leave decision is written to the staff card as well.

If we were in accounting, what would we want?

The list holds sentences you know from your own desk; opposite each is what Corex360 does today. Not entering the same data twice, seeing clock-in records every day, leave and advances that do not travel on WhatsApp, contracts you do not hunt for in folders, and staff data seen only by those authorised are among them.
