Cloud PBX with CRM integration The phone rings,
the call is written to the card.
Corex360 Cloud PBX is the cloud telephony module that makes calls from the browser over a WebRTC extension assigned to each staff member and ties the call history to the customer card of the calling number. With the switch on, the number you dial gets an info SMS that introduces you; PBX numbers and extensions are set up on the module's own screens.
Looking for a carrier for a line or number? This page covers the module that writes the call to the customer card, not the line itself. The NetGSM integration for PBX and SMS is on the NetGSM page.

What the PBX is
The PBX writes the call to the customer card.
Corex360 Cloud PBX is the cloud telephony module that makes a business's calls from the Call Center window in the browser, files incoming and outgoing calls, with their duration, on the customer card of the calling number, and runs on the same core as CRM (customer relationship management). Calls, messages, and email link to the same person. PBX numbers, extensions and PBX staff are set up on the module's own screens.
Who it is for
- Sales teams that call customers and call them back
- Teams that talk to the same customer by phone and on WhatsApp
- Managers who want to see missed calls in one list
- Businesses that do not want to keep a separate call log
What it does not do
- It does not make calls itself; a person on the team makes them.
- It does not send the info SMS while the switch is off; the switch is the user's.
- It is not a separate product; it is a module of the Corex360 core.
What this page does not promise
Line and number allocation, carrier compatibility, call audio recording, a voice menu, and a screen that pops up on a call are not among the things promised for the PBX module.
Topics for the demo
- How missed-call follow-up is set up.
- Line and number allocation, carrier compatibility.
- The hardware scope.
- The content of the info SMS.

Call Center
Call center software: what sits in the window?
At the top of the Corex360 Call Center window sit the Connected or Not connected status and the Connect button; the call runs in the browser on the WebRTC extension assigned to the user. The number is dialled from the keypad, and outgoing and missed calls are listed with date, time and duration; with the switch on, the dialled number gets an info SMS. The details in this section are read from the real product screen.
Connection status
The top of the window shows Connected or Not connected, with a Connect button.
WebRTC extension
Calls run in the browser over the WebRTC extension assigned to the staff member; if none is assigned, the window says so.
Keypad and staff
Numbers are dialed on the keypad; PBX staff are listed with their extensions.
Call history
Outgoing and missed calls are listed with date and time, with the call duration beside them.
Automatic info SMS
With the switch on, calling a customer sends the dialed number an info SMS that introduces you.
PBX management
Which screens does the PBX module have?
The PBX is Corex360's own module; in the product menu the call center, PBX numbers, PBX staff, and past calls are separate screens. The company's PBX numbers and a new PBX are set up on their own screen, and a new extension opens from the quick-create menu and is given to a user. On the PBX and SMS side it works with NetGSM.
PBX numbers
The company's PBX numbers are listed on their own screen, and a new PBX is set up from there too.
New extension
A new extension is created from the quick-create menu and given to a staff member; PBX staff are followed on a separate screen.
Past calls
Past calls are listed on a screen of their own, apart from the Call Center window.
NetGSM integration
The PBX and SMS side runs integrated with NetGSM.
PBX CRM integration
How is the call written to the customer card?
The Corex360 PBX is a module on the same core as CRM (customer relationship management) in the product menu. The call log glossary entry explains what call history is. A call from a number is tied to that customer's card; incoming and outgoing calls sit on the person's card with their duration, and phone calls, chats and email meet on the same person's record.
The same person is recognized
The caller's call ties to that customer card.
Call history on the card
Incoming and outgoing calls, with their duration, sit on the contact card; the Call Center and Customers open as tabs in the same window. The card is described on the CRM page.
Contact tied to the same person
Phone calls, chats, and email meet on the same person's record. The chat side is on the WhatsApp CRM page.
Workflow
How does a ringing phone reach the customer card?
In Corex360 PBX the road from a ringing phone to the customer card runs on one card; no separate call log is kept. A user connects to their own extension with the Connect button in the Call Center window, and the caller's call is written to the customer card with its duration. With the switch on, the dialled number gets an info SMS; a missed call stays in the history and a team member takes on the call back.
- 01The PBX connects
Staff connect to their own extension with the Connect button in the Call Center window; each call ties to the caller's customer card.
- 02The call is written to the card
The call is filed on the caller's customer card, with its duration.
- 03The info SMS goes out
With the switch on, the number you dial gets an info SMS that introduces you; the call history stays on the same card.
- 04Missed calls in the list
A missed call stays in the call history; a person on the team calls back.
Integration
What does the PBX connect to?
The Corex360 PBX connects to where a call runs and where it is written. The call runs in the browser on the WebRTC extension assigned to the user, and the call history sits on the caller's CRM (customer relationship management) card. The same person's WhatsApp and Instagram chats are in the Messaging module; with the switch on, the info SMS to the dialled number goes out through the NetGSM integration.
- Browser
Calls run in the browser over the WebRTC extension assigned to the staff member.
- CRM customer card
The call history sits on the card of the calling number. Details on the CRM software page.
- Messaging
The same person's WhatsApp and Instagram chats are in the Messaging module. Details on the WhatsApp CRM page.
- NetGSM and info SMS
With the switch on, the info SMS to the number dialed is delivered over the NetGSM integration.
Pages that run on this module
How is the PBX used over a working day?
The solution and module pages show how the Corex360 PBX is used over a working day: the unify channels page shows a call landing on the same customer card as messages and email, the sales team page shows where call history sits on the card during a salesperson's day, and the CRM page explains the customer card the call is written to.

On the PBX, guides and definitions.
The ideas behind the PBX are explained on separate pages: the call log glossary entry covers the difference between call history and a call recording, the CRM, messaging and PBX FAQ covers channel and line questions, and the cloud PBX glossary entry explains what it means for a PBX to run over the internet. These pages give the background to read before choosing a PBX.
Let the PBX write to your own customer card.
In the demo we go through your call flow, missed-call follow-up, and the info SMS together. In the call you watch a call made from the browser being written to the customer card with its duration, and how a missed call shows in the history, using your own number. With the switch on, you also see the info SMS that goes to the dialled number. You can send your number through the demo form or WhatsApp.
On the same core
Which modules does the PBX work with?
The Corex360 PBX works with the other modules on the same core: the customer card the call lands on carries the opportunity, quote and contract in the CRM; WhatsApp CRM brings chats and Email brings company mail to the same card. X AI prepares the morning report, the mobile app connects to the same core, and the intelligence core reads the records coming from the channels.

FAQ
About the PBX, what people ask.
The questions a team researches when looking for a PBX and CRM integration, and Corex360 PBX's answers. They run from writing the call to the customer card to the info SMS, from missed calls to call recording and the PBX provider; each answer rests on what the product screen shows today, and anything not promised is stated plainly.
01What is Corex360 Cloud PBX?
Corex360 Cloud PBX is the cloud telephony module that makes calls from the Call Center window in the browser and files the call history on the customer card of the calling number; it runs on the same core as CRM. See the cloud PBX glossary entry.
03Are calls made from the browser?
Yes. In the Call Center window calls go out from the browser over the WebRTC extension assigned to the staff member; you connect with the Connect button, and if no extension is assigned the window says so.
05What happens to a missed call?
A missed call shows in the call history of the Call Center window, and a person on the team calls back.
07Are call recordings kept?
Call audio recording is not promised on this page; today incoming and outgoing calls, with their duration, are written to the contact card. How call history differs from audio recording is covered in the call log glossary entry.
09How is cloud PBX pricing determined?
The Corex360 price consists of a setup fee and a licence fee; no list price is published on the site, and pricing comes in a written quote after the demo. The PBX is not a separate system; it is a module on the same core as the CRM.
02How does a phone system open the customer record on an incoming call?
In Corex360 the PBX runs on the same core as the CRM and is not wired to a separate system. The call is written to the caller's contact card, and Call Center and Customers open as tabs in the same window.
04What is the info SMS sent to the number dialed?
The Call Center window has an Automatic info SMS switch. Once you turn it on, the customer you call gets a short message on their phone that introduces you.
06What should you look at when choosing a PBX with CRM integration?
Check which customer card the call is written to, whether it joins the same person's WhatsApp and email history, whether calls run from the browser, and how your line will be connected. In Corex360 calls are made from the browser and the call ties to the caller's customer card.
08Which provider does Corex360 Cloud PBX integrate with?
There is a NetGSM integration for the PBX and SMS. Corex360 Cloud PBX is not a separate PBX product but a module of Corex360 itself; numbers and extensions are defined inside the module as well.
10Where does call data live, and who sees it?
On Corex360 Cloud or on your own server. Access is role-based and logged; personal data is processed under KVKK, Turkey's data protection law. See Security.
