Release notes
and what's new.

The Corex360 what's new page is the record that brings together what each module does today, what has changed on this website, and where release notes will be published.

The approach to data and access is described on the security page.

Definition

What is a release note?

A release note is a short, dated record of what was added, changed, and fixed in a software release. A good note states the type of change, the modules it touches, and any step the user needs to take. In Corex360, modules are not separate products but parts of one core that share the same customer record, so a single change can touch more than one module.

  • New feature

A new capability or screen added to the product.

  • Improvement

An existing capability made easier or clearer.

  • Fix

A behavior that did not work as expected, corrected.

  • Security

A change related to access, logging, or data protection.

Release history

Are there any published release notes?

No release notes have been published for the Corex360 product yet; each published note will appear under this heading with its date, type, and related module. A module-by-module summary of the product as it is today is also on the what's new page. You can send a question about a change to our team through the contact form.

What Corex360 does today

In CRM, customers, contacts, opportunities, quotes, and contracts sit on one record; Messaging brings WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and web chat into one window. The Cloud PBX makes calls from the Call Center window in the browser, HR runs leave and advance requests through an approval flow, and Corex Drive keeps files in the record they belong to. These summaries are facts read from real Corex360 screens; the detail is on each module's own page.

For short definitions, see the glossary entries on sales opportunity and call log, and for how a WhatsApp line connects to the customer record, this blog post.

  • CRMCustomers, contacts, opportunities, quotes, and contracts sit on one record, with the lifecycle stage and relationship score at the top. The customer list opens as a list or a kanban board, the sales pipeline is followed stage by stage on a kanban, and the card records where each opportunity came from.
  • MessagingWhatsApp Business, Instagram, and web chat come together in one window, with search, a line selector, and an Assigned to me filter above the conversation list. A conversation can be turned into an opportunity, and it then carries the opportunity number as a badge.
  • Cloud PBXCalls are made from the Call Center window in the browser over a WebRTC extension assigned to each user, and the window shows whether it is connected. Outgoing and missed calls are listed with date, time, and duration, and there is a NetGSM integration for the PBX and SMS.
  • HRLeave, advance, travel allowance, and payment requests run through an approval flow; on the attendance side there are clock-in and clock-out, shift management, timesheets, and a leave calendar. Attendance events such as a late clock-in or a clock-out outside the location go to the approval center, where the manager reads the employee's note and approves or rejects.
  • Corex DriveFiles live inside the record they belong to, and the customer card has Files and Drive tabs. My Drive, shared spaces by department or topic, tags the company defines itself, starred items, and shared items are separate sections.

Other modules

What do the modules without their own page do?

Email, Accounting, Corporate Management, Web, Store, Marketing and social media, and Corex Agents also run on the same core and use the same customer record. Corex360 opens like a desktop and every module runs in its own window; Email is a mail client that connects to a Gmail account, and Corporate Management holds departments, vehicles, and the org chart. The main things seen on screen in each module are listed.

The full list of modules is in the module index.

  • Workspace

Corex360 opens like a desktop, with icons, taskbar shortcuts, and small add-on panels. Every module opens in its own window, which can open tabs, split in two, and link to another window.

  • Email

A mail client with inbox, sent, drafts, starred, and label folders; a Gmail (Google Workspace) account connects to it.

  • Accounting

There are sales and purchase invoice screens; the integration options list shows DİA, e-Invoice and e-Archive (GİB, the portal of Turkey's Revenue Administration), Logo, Mikro, Netsis, and Paraşüt.

  • Corporate Management

Holds departments, vehicles with live vehicle tracking, and the org chart in one module.

  • Web

Manages the company's own website: services, blog, references, FAQ, products, e-catalog, menus, URL redirects, language options, and a website builder.

  • Store

An internal reward store: employees redeem points defined in HR settings, and there is a leaderboard.

  • Marketing and social media

The Marketing module has a content planner; social media management covers post planning and scheduling and connecting Facebook and Instagram accounts.

  • Corex Agents

On the Virtual Employees screen, a company defines its own AI worker.

Where are the modules, security, and FAQs explained?

What each module does, and how the modules join on one core, is in the modules directory. Whether data is kept on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server, role-based access, and KVKK (Turkey's data protection law) are covered on the security page. Setup, channel, HR, mobile, and security questions are answered topic by topic in the FAQ, and guides on CRM, attendance, PBX, and business intelligence are on the blog.

Related questions

Does Corex360 have an API?
Yes, Corex360 has an API for exchanging data with external systems. Apart from the API, ready connections sit inside the product: a Gmail (Google Workspace) account connects to the Email module, a WhatsApp Business line is added as a channel, NetGSM covers the PBX and SMS, and the accounting options list DİA, Logo, Mikro, Netsis, and Paraşüt. The term itself is explained in the Glossary.
Does Corex360 have a mobile app?
Yes. The Corex360 iOS and Android app is tied to the same core; a record opened on the phone is the same record as in the browser. Pending approvals, notifications and the morning briefing are on the phone, and the customer card, inbox and quotes open on the same record. Field use is covered in the mobile flow in field sales.
How does file sharing work in Corex Drive?
Sharing happens through timed, permissioned links, and a link is revoked in one tap. The shared file stays inside the record it belongs to. Every view and download is logged, so who saw a shared file and when is always clear. The system does not decide on its own who a file is opened to: the role sets the permission and the user sets the share.
