One inbox

One unified inbox: three channels, one card,
one person.

A single inbox is the screen that gathers WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat in one list. In Corex360 that screen is the Messaging window; messages, PBX calls, and email link to the same person, every contact sits on one customer card on one timeline, and the date of the last contact is clear. Each conversation is assigned an owner.

Short answer

Messages, calls and email link to the same person's card; even when the customer switches channels, the history stays on one timeline.

Today

Why does a customer conversation scatter across channels?

The same customer sends an email in the morning, a photo on WhatsApp at noon, and calls the PBX in the evening. WhatsApp stays on the salesperson's phone, Instagram in another app, email in an inbox, and calls at the switchboard, so nobody sees the whole conversation. When one person sits in three separate records, their history leaves with the salesperson, and an unanswered message goes unnoticed.

The conversation stays on the phone

When the salesperson leaves, the customer's history leaves too; whoever takes over starts from zero.

One person, three records

The one who writes on WhatsApp, emails and calls is the same customer in three separate places; the story never joins.

The unanswered gets lost

Who replied and who forgot is unclear; the customer asking a price goes to a competitor while waiting.

One person, one card

Messages, calls and email land on the same customer card.

The Corex360 Messaging window gathers WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat in one inbox; the channel is chosen from the strip on the left. PBX calls and company email link to the same person's card too; the card is tied to a timeline. Above the list sit search, a line selector, and the Assigned to me filter; each conversation is assigned an owner.

  • WhatsApp and Instagram

Your WhatsApp line and account connect as channels; messages stay on record. See the Sales team page for a salesperson's day. The module itself is on the WhatsApp CRM (customer relationship management) page.

  • Email

Once company email is connected, X AI reads incoming email, matches the sender to the customer card, and files it there.

  • PBX

Calls run in the browser's Call Center window on the extension assigned to each user; outgoing and missed calls are listed with date, time, and duration.

  • Becomes an opportunity

A conversation can be turned into an opportunity and then carries the opportunity number as a badge in the list and its header.

How it works

How is a single inbox set up?

In Corex360 the channels connect to the core first: WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat to the Messaging window, company email and the PBX to the same core. The messaging team looks at one inbox, and each conversation is assigned an owner. Message, call, email, and quote build up on one card in date order, and a price question becomes an opportunity. Which channels to open is chosen together.

  2. 02

  3. 03
    One timeline

Message, call, email and quote sit on one card in date order; the last contact is known.

  4. 04
    Turning into an opportunity

A price question opens an opportunity; X AI prepares the quote draft and reminds if no reply comes.

What changes

What changes when the channels are unified?

Because the conversation sits on the Corex360 customer card, the story stays with the company when a salesperson changes, and whoever takes over continues from there. Every conversation has an owner; who answers it shows on the list, so an unanswered message is never left without one. The salesperson does not wander between apps: one inbox, one card, and the date of the last contact on the card.

Try it with your own number.

We build the demo with your WhatsApp number, your email, and your customer card. In the call you watch how a WhatsApp message, an email, and a call land on the same customer card, using an example from your own customers. You can reach us through the demo form, WhatsApp or phone; if you have a question, write to us directly.

Corex360 modules

Which modules work to unify the channels?

The modules that unify the channels are parts of the same Corex360 core. Messaging gathers WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat, Email links company mail, and the PBX links calls made from the browser to the card. The CRM (customer relationship management) keeps the person, opportunity, and quote on one record; X AI files incoming email on the card and reminds you of unanswered quotes. The mobile app carries the inbox and the card to the phone.

Which details come up in the demo?

Some details of connecting channels in Corex360 are discussed in the demo call against your own setup: whether a record from another channel can be matched to the same person and how that is done today, how email and calls appear on the customer card together with messages, which record your site form lands on, and the connection route and account type of your WhatsApp line.

FAQ

About channels, what people ask.

The questions a team researches when connecting WhatsApp and email to a CRM, and Corex360's answers.

01What is the one inbox?

The one inbox is the Corex360 Messaging window where WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat gather in the same list. The channel is chosen from the strip on the left; above the list sit search, a line selector, and the Assigned to me filter. Each conversation is assigned an owner and tied to the customer card. Because messages, PBX calls, and email link to the same person, the date of the last contact is clear on the card.

03How is our WhatsApp number connected?

Your WhatsApp line connects to Corex360 as a channel through Meta's official cloud API. Once connected, conversations land on the customer card and stay on record. The difference between the routes is explained in connecting a number by API.

05Do PBX calls land on the card too?

Yes. With Corex360 PBX, calls run from the Call Center window in the browser; the call links to the person, and outgoing and missed calls are listed with date, time, and duration. The questions for picking a PBX are gathered in choosing a cloud PBX; the day of the team taking the calls is on the customer service page.

07Where does incoming email go?

Once company email is connected, X AI, the Corex360 assistant, reads incoming email, matches the sender to the customer card, and files it there. How it differs from a personal inbox is covered in a team's shared mailbox.

09Where are messages kept, who sees them?

Messages are kept in the Corex360 core on the customer card; on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server. Access is role-based and logged; personal data is processed under KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law).

02Which channels connect to Corex360?

The Corex360 menu has three modules for communication: Messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat), Email, and PBX. All three are parts of the same core; messages, calls, and email link to the same person's card.

04Are messages kept on the customer card?

Yes. In Corex360 the conversation is kept on the customer card, not on a salesperson's phone; because messages, calls, and email link to the same person, the date of the last contact is clear. A conversation turned into an opportunity carries the opportunity number as a badge.

06What happens to a colleague's conversation while on leave?

Because the conversation sits on the customer card in Corex360, when it is assigned to another colleague they see the whole thread and continue from where it stopped.

08Is live chat on the site included?

Yes. Web chat appears in the same inbox as WhatsApp and Instagram in the Messaging window; the channel is chosen from the strip on the left.

Other solutions

Which need is yours?

Corex360 solution pages come in two groups. Pages by role follow a working day of the manager, the sales team, the field team, accounting and HR, customer service, the project manager and the architecture practice. Pages by need take one job each: customer tracking, quote tracking, leave tracking, unifying channels, handing follow-up to the assistant, measuring the team, or the hosting decision. All of them run on the same Corex360 core.
