CRM, Messaging and PBX
Every conversation
on the customer card.
The Corex360 CRM and communication FAQ is a list of short answers on how WhatsApp, e-mail and PBX calls gather on the customer card, and how a quote is followed. Each answer stands on its own; if your question is not listed, write to us through the form.
How do WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat gather in one inbox?
A WhatsApp Business line connects to Corex360 as a channel through Meta's official cloud API, with authorized staff set for each line. The Messaging window gathers WhatsApp, Instagram, and web chat in one inbox; each conversation lands on the customer card, is assigned to an owner, and everyone sees their own list through the Assigned to me filter. When company email is connected, X AI reads incoming mail and files it on the sender's card. The conversation stays in the company's record, not on a salesperson's phone. Bulk messaging and campaigns are not promised.
01How are WhatsApp conversations recorded?
A WhatsApp conversation appears in the Corex360 Messaging window, in the same inbox as Instagram and web chat, is tied to the customer card and assigned an owner. Messages, calls, and email from the same person link to that person, and the date of the last contact is read from the card. The conversation lives in the company record, not on a salesperson's phone, so history stays when someone leaves. The module is detailed on the Messaging and the shared inbox page.
02How does our WhatsApp line connect to the CRM?
Your WhatsApp Business line connects to Corex360 as a channel through Meta's official cloud API, with authorized staff set for each line. Conversations gather in the Messages window in the same inbox as Instagram and web chat, land on the customer card, and stay on record. A conversation can be turned into an opportunity and then carries the opportunity number as a badge.
03Can several people answer the same WhatsApp number?
Yes, through the shared inbox. The team sees the messages sent to the same number and account in one list; every conversation is assigned an owner, and everyone sees their own list with the Assigned to me filter. Because the conversation sits on the customer card, whoever it is reassigned to sees the whole thread. The general picture is in the Multi-user WhatsApp article.
04Are emails linked to the customer card?
Yes, once company email is connected, X AI reads incoming email, matches the sender to the customer card, and files it there. The Email module is a full mail client, and a Gmail (Google Workspace) account connects to it. Messages, calls, and email link to the same person, so the date of the last contact is clear. How a shared mailbox differs from a personal one is explained in the Shared mailbox article.
05Can a CRM send bulk WhatsApp messages or campaigns?
For Corex360, bulk messaging, campaign sends and an auto-reply bot are not promised on this site. The Messaging module's job as described today is to file each incoming conversation on the right customer card, assign an owner and turn a price question into an opportunity. If your need involves commercial message consent, we discuss the scope together.
06Can we see our WhatsApp and Instagram messages in one place?
Yes, the Corex360 Messages window gathers WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and the chat box on your website (web widget) in one inbox. The channel is chosen from the strip on the left of the window. Messages can be forwarded and voice messages recorded, and you can search messages and shared media. A reply can quote a message and mention people by name, and group chats carry a Group label.
07We have several WhatsApp lines; who looks after which line?
Your WhatsApp Business line connects to Corex360 as a channel, with authorized staff set for each line. Each conversation is assigned to an owner, and everyone sees their own conversations with the Assigned to me filter; the line selector above the conversation list switches between lines. A search box sits in the same place, and group chats carry a Group label. The strip on the left of the window also holds a reports view.
Where do PBX calls land in the CRM?
In Corex360 the PBX is not bolted onto a separate system; it is a module on the same core as the CRM, with NetGSM integration for PBX and SMS. Incoming and outgoing calls attach to the caller's contact card with their duration. The Call Center window dials from the browser on the extension assigned to each staff member, and outgoing and missed calls are listed with date, time, and duration. If the automatic info SMS is on, the number you call receives an SMS introducing the caller. Call recording is not promised.
08Do PBX calls land on the customer card?
Yes, a PBX call links to the contact card of the calling number, where incoming and outgoing calls sit with their duration. Calls are made from the browser, and Call Center and Customers open as tabs in the same window. Missed calls also show in the list with their date and time. A person makes the call; the assistant only reminds. The Corex360 cloud PBX page covers the PBX in detail.
09How does a cloud PBX connect to the CRM?
In Corex360 the PBX does not connect to a separate system; it is a module on the same core as the CRM. The call sits on the caller's contact card, where quotes and contracts also sit. An automatic info SMS goes to the number you dial. There is a NetGSM integration for the PBX and SMS. The general picture is in the PBX and CRM integration article.
10Are call audio recordings kept?
Call audio recording is not promised on this site. What is described today: incoming and outgoing calls link to the contact card of the calling number, and outgoing and missed calls are listed with date, time, and duration. The PBX module also has a call history screen. With the automatic info SMS switched on, the dialed number receives an SMS introducing the caller.
11Can we call from the browser and see missed calls?
Yes, the Call Center window calls from the browser with the extension assigned to the staff member, and outgoing and missed calls are listed with date, time, and duration. The top of the window shows Connected or Not connected and a Connect button. PBX staff are listed with their extensions, and numbers are dialed from a keypad. There is a NetGSM integration for the PBX and SMS.
How are opportunities, quotes, and contracts followed on the customer card?
Opportunities, quotes, and contracts sit in the tabs of the same customer card. The source of each opportunity is kept on the record; the quote form on your website opens an opportunity card by itself and lands in the quote list as a Website Quote Request. A quote can be written in a foreign currency and a chosen language, and it can pass manager approval before it reaches the customer; when it is revised, the earlier version stays on record.
12Do quotes and contracts sit on the same customer card?
Yes. Opportunity, quote and contract sit in the tabs of the same customer card; the card has a Finance tab too. A price question becomes an opportunity, the quote is prepared in the card's Quotes tab and the contract sits in its Contracts tab. The contract's start and end dates sit on the contract card; quote and contract files are kept in the Drive tab. How the customer card differs from the accounting account card is covered in account card versus customer card.
13Can my customer and contact list move from an old CRM to a new system?
Yes, your existing customer and contact records are moved to Corex360 together at setup; we print no time promise on the page. Once moved, the CRM keeps customers, contacts, opportunities, quotes, and contracts on one record, in the tabs of the customer card. The customer list opens in list or kanban view, filters by status, and marks each record as individual or corporate.
14Can we see where a customer came from?
- website
- phone
- office visit
- referral
- site visit
- web widget
15Does a quote request from our website land in the system by itself?
Yes, the quote form on your website automatically opens an opportunity card in Corex360 and lands in the quote list as a Website Quote Request. The card shows how many days the request has been waiting, and the opportunity's source is kept on the record. Besides open, won, and lost opportunities, the opportunity screen separately counts the ones nobody has answered and the ones with no planned activity.
16Can we prepare a quote in a foreign currency and another language?
Yes, the quote amount can be written in a foreign currency and the quote language can be chosen. Every quote carries a number, customer, amount, status, approval, and validity date; it is named from a product or service template, and notes can be added to lines. The quote sits in the Quotes tab of the customer card, and if it is revised, the earlier version stays on record.
17Can a manager approve a quote before it goes to the customer?
Yes, a quote can pass manager approval before it reaches the customer; the Corex360 quote screen has an approval column. The sales pipeline opens as a kanban with a count per stage; for example, quotes awaiting approval, approved quotes, and sent to customer are separate stages. X AI also stops at sending and discount steps and waits for your approval.
18Are earlier versions of a quote kept?
Yes, Corex360 keeps quote versions; a revised quote stays on record together with the earlier version. Quotes are built from templates and pass an approval step. Quotes and contracts sit in the Quotes and Contracts tabs of the same customer card, and the quote screen shows sent, accepted, and success counters. Progress billing runs with the contract.
