Pricing prep wizard: choose the topics of your Corex360 quote
The pricing prep wizard is a browser-based selection tool that sums up the topics of a Corex360 quote without giving figures. Corex360 publishes no list price; the quote is prepared in writing after the demo. You choose the modules, installation type, channels and team structure you have in mind, and the wizard sums up the topics of the quote so you come to the demo prepared. Your choices stay in your browser.
Which topics will your quote cover?
The wizard asks five things: the modules you have in mind, the installation type, the channels to connect, the teams that will use Corex360, and whether there are customer records to move from another program. You can pick more than one module, channel and team; for installation you choose between Corex360 Cloud and your own server. Each choice adds an item to the summary of quote topics, and you do not have to answer all of them.
How do you use the wizard?
The wizard needs no account and no contact details: your choices are processed only in your browser and are not sent anywhere or stored. The summary gives no figures or price estimate; it lists the topics to discuss in the quote. If you copy it into the message field of the demo form, the conversation starts from your situation, and the written quote is prepared for you after the demo.
- Tick the options in the five questions; you do not have to answer all of them.
- As you choose, the summary lists the topics to discuss in the quote; it gives no figures or price estimate.
- You can copy the summary and paste it into the message field of the demo form, so the conversation starts from your situation.
- The written quote is prepared for you after the demo.
Why does the wizard give no figures?
Corex360 publishes no list price; the price is set in a written quote after the demo, so we do not publish an estimated amount either. There is no free trial; the demo is live and online. The wizard does not estimate a price; it gathers the modules, installation type, channels, teams and data migration that the quote will cover into one list before the conversation.
What a quote is made of is on the pricing page, and what generally goes into a CRM quote is in what drives CRM cost. The questions to ask are in the decision file.
Read before you choose
Each question in the wizard matches a topic explained in detail on the site. For the module question you can read what each module does, for the channel question where each channel connects in Corex360, and for the installation question where your X AI prompt goes in each of the two installation types. For the team question, the route plan, leave request form and service slip on the business templates page show the daily work of the teams.
How do you cite this page?
If you use this page in an article, a report, or a class, you can copy the plain-text or APA citation; both carry the page title, the date it was last checked, and the version link. The date in the citation is the day the content was last checked; the version link points to the content as of that day, and a new dated line is added to the version history whenever the content changes.

Related questions
- How is Corex360's price set?
- No list price for Corex360 is published on the site; pricing is set by a written quote after the demo call. The quote covers which modules are switched on, the hosting choice, and data migration. Details are on the how Corex360 pricing is set page.
- Is the WhatsApp message fee part of the CRM licence?
- They are separate items. Meta sets the template message fee; the CRM or inbox licence is the software provider's charge. Ask in the quote whether Meta's fee is billed directly or through a partner. The pricing rules are in Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform pricing documentation, and the customer service window is described in the guide to sending messages.
- Is migrating our existing customer list part of the quote?
- We move your existing customer and contact records together with you. Which records move is the Scope of migration item on the topic list. The CRM module itself is on the CRM module page.
- Do you pay for modules you do not use in integrated software?
- It depends on the vendor. Ask whether pricing is per module or as a bundle, and whether the scope can be widened or narrowed later. Paying for a module you will not use is a burden much like the integration cost of separate tools.
