X AI: what Corex360's AI assistant does and what it leaves to you
X AI is the AI assistant built into Corex360. It files email on the customer card, follows rule-bound work and reports every morning; on money, contracts and people decisions it stops and asks. Where your prompt goes depends on whether you use Corex360 on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server.
What does X AI do?
X AI works through the customer card, quote and task records in Corex360. Once company email is connected, it files incoming email on the customer card; it follows rule-bound work and opens a task when a rule breaks. It gives a report every morning and an end-of-day summary, and reminds you of unanswered quotes. This is what it does today:
Once your company email is connected, X AI reads incoming email, matches the sender to the customer card and files the message on that card.
X AI follows rule-bound work; when a rule breaks it opens a task and assigns it to the person responsible.
It gives a report every morning and an end-of-day summary, shown in the iOS and Android app and in the browser.
A quote the customer has not answered is not forgotten; X AI reminds you of it, and you decide what to write to the customer.
What does X AI not do?
X AI never sends a reply or a quote to a customer on its own; it prepares a draft, and sending happens with your approval. It stops on money, contracts, and people decisions; sending, discounts, payments, leave, and permission steps wait for approval, and every approval is recorded with who gave it, when, and from which device. X AI leaves the decision to a person at these steps:
X AI never sends a reply or a quote to a customer on its own. It prepares a draft; sending happens with your approval.
It stops and asks on money, contracts and people decisions: sending, discounts, payments, leave and permission steps wait for approval.
Every approval is recorded with who gave it, when and from which device; later it is clear who said yes to what.
The AI insight card in the customer list can flag a firm as a high-potential opportunity; the team decides what to do about it.
Where does your prompt go?
Corex360 runs in two ways: in a company-specific space on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server. The path of the prompt you write to X AI depends on this choice, and the choice is written into the agreement. On Corex360 Cloud the company chooses its AI provider in the X AI settings and enters its own key, and the prompt goes to the chosen provider. On your own server X AI runs on a local model; the prompt and the records it reads do not leave your server.
| Topic | Corex360 Cloud | Your own server |
|---|---|---|
| Where does your prompt go? | The company chooses its AI provider in the X AI settings and enters its own key; the prompt written to X AI goes to the chosen provider. | X AI runs on a local model; the prompt written to X AI and the records it reads do not leave your server. |
| Settings | The default reply language, memory and speech recognition are set in the X AI settings. | The installation type is written into the agreement; the local model runs on your server. |
| Security layer | The same Corex360 Security layer runs. | The same Corex360 Security layer runs. |
Read more about an own-server installation on the Corex360 on your own server page, and about the security layer on the security page.
How is X AI different from Corex Agents?
X AI is the assistant inside Corex360: it files email on the card, follows up and reports. On the Corex Agents (virtual employees) screen in the Corex360 menu, the company defines its own AI worker; the tasks of a virtual worker are scheduled and tied to approval, and virtual workers use the system tools of the modules. So X AI remains the ready-made assistant everyone uses, while Corex Agents are workers the company defines itself. All modules are on the modules page.
Where else is X AI covered?
The hand it to the assistant page shows step by step how follow-up is handed to X AI, and the Corex360 CRM page shows the customer card, opportunity, and quote X AI reads. The systems that connect to Corex360 are on the integrations page, and what to ask when choosing an AI assistant in a CRM is in the article on what an assistant does not do.
See X AI with your own records.
The demo runs live online with your own example: you see X AI file an email on the card and stop at the approval step. In the same call you watch the morning report, the pending approvals and the task that opens when a rule breaks, and you see on your own record that sending, discount and payment steps wait for your approval.
