Projects and Accounting

Work moves,
the record on one card.

In Corex360, projects and finance are followed in the Projects and Finance tabs of the customer card; working with your accounting software and shipping are the other topics of these short answers. Each answer stands on its own; if your question is not listed, write to us through the form.

How do invoices and your accounting software work with Corex360?

The Corex360 Accounting module issues sales and purchase invoices on the same core as the customer card and passes them to your accounting software; the integration options include DIA, e-Invoice/e-Archive (GİB, the portal of Turkey's Revenue Administration), Logo, Mikro, Netsis, and Paraşüt. When company email is connected, an invoice that arrives by email is read by X AI and filed on the right customer's record. Due-date reminders run on X AI's rule tracking: when a rule breaks, a task opens and goes to its owner. How e-invoicing will work in your setup is not promised.

01

What happens to an emailed invoice?

Once company email is connected, the Corex360 assistant X AI reads incoming email, matches the sender to the customer card, and files it there, so an email carrying an invoice also sits on the related customer's record. A Gmail (Google Workspace) account connects to the Email module. Messages, calls, and email link to the same person, so the date of the last contact is clear. The purchase invoice itself is issued separately in the Accounting module.

02

How is an invoice nearing its due date flagged?

In Corex360 reminders run on X AI's rule tracking: the assistant follows rule-bound work and, when a rule breaks, opens a task and assigns an owner. Invoices are issued in the Accounting module as sales or purchase invoices. The assistant also gives a morning briefing and an end-of-day summary.

03

Can a CRM work alongside the accounting software I already use?

The Accounting module issues sales and purchase invoices on the same core as the customer card and exports them to your accounting program. Integration options include:
  • DİA
  • e-Invoice/e-Archive
  • Logo
  • Mikro
  • Netsis
  • Paraşüt
Contract and finance records sit in the Contracts and Finance tabs of the customer card and are entered once.
04

What is pre-accounting, and is Corex360 a pre-accounting tool?

Pre-accounting is keeping the daily records: invoices, customer accounts, collections, and payments. The Corex360 Accounting module issues sales and purchase invoices, and its integration options include DİA, e-Invoice/e-Archive (GİB, the portal of Turkey's Revenue Administration), Logo, Mikro, Netsis, and Paraşüt. The general picture is in the What is pre-accounting article.

05

Can e-invoices and e-archive invoices be issued?

The Accounting module's integration options include an e-Invoice/e-Archive (GİB, the portal of Turkey's Revenue Administration) connection, and sales and purchase invoices are issued on the same core as the customer card. This answer does not promise how e-invoicing will work in your setup. The terms are on the Glossary page.

How do contracts, finance, and collections show on the same card?

A signed contract sits in the Contracts tab of the customer card and the finance record in the Finance tab of the same card, so the link between contract and invoice is read across those two tabs. The contract card shows the type, amount, start and end dates, and who created it; the document is tied to the record in Corex Drive. To follow collections, X AI tracks rule-based work, opens a task when a rule breaks, and assigns it to the owner. Access is role-based; each user sees the records within their role.

06

Where is the link between contract and invoice visible?
