X AI

What the assistant
does alone, and what it asks.

The limits of X AI: which work it runs alone, at which step it waits for your approval. Each answer stands on its own; if your question is not listed, write to us through the form.

What does X AI take on in daily work?

X AI is the assistant that works inside Corex360; it was earlier known as Corex Assistant. It gathers information, opens records, sends reminders, and writes summaries: it flags a quote that got no reply, and when rule-based work breaks it opens a task and assigns it. Each morning it prepares a briefing that lists pending approvals, risks, team scores, and field status, and when the workday closes it sends a short summary. The briefing opens in the iOS and Android app and in the browser.

01

What does X AI do?

X AI is the assistant that runs inside Corex360: it gathers information, opens the record, reminds, and summarizes. It reminds you of unanswered quotes and gives a briefing every morning and an end-of-day summary. Once company email is connected, it reads incoming email and files it on the customer card. It does not make decisions about money, contracts, or people; at that step it stops and asks you.

02

Are Corex Assistant and X AI the same thing?

Yes, it is the same assistant: the assistant that runs inside Corex360 is called X AI, and it was earlier referred to as Corex Assistant. It is not a separate tool; it reads the records and the inbox on the same core. It follows rule-bound work and gives a morning briefing, and at steps involving money, contracts, or people it stops and waits for your approval. The full description is on the Hand it to the assistant page.

03

What is an AI assistant in a CRM for?

An AI assistant in a CRM reads the records and takes the follow-up out of people's memory: it tells you who is waiting for a reply, which quote has gone quiet and which contract is ending. X AI does this as rule-based tasks, drafts and reminders; sending and approving stay with you. The general picture is in the AI assistant in CRM article.

04

What is the morning briefing?

The morning briefing is the single summary X AI prepares every morning: pending approvals, risks, team scores and field status appear in one list. An evening summary follows as well. Before a meeting, the customer's history, open quotes and recent conversations are gathered on one card. The briefing opens in the iOS and Android app and in the browser. The logic behind its measures is explained in a manager's first morning screen.

05

Which jobs does X AI follow up?

X AI follows up every job tied to a rule: unanswered quotes are the most common example. When a rule breaks, it opens a task and assigns an owner; it reports every morning and sums up at day's end. Once company email is connected, it also reads incoming email and files it on the sender's customer card. The most common rule is explained in why quotes go unanswered.

At which step does X AI stop and wait for your approval?

X AI does not decide; it suggests. When company email is connected it reads incoming mail and files it on the sender's customer card, but it never replies or sends a quote to a customer on its own; it prepares a draft. Sending, discounts, payments, leave, and permissions wait for your approval, and every approval is recorded with who gave it, when, and from which device. Writing a rule takes process knowledge rather than technical knowledge: whoever knows what should happen, to whom, and when can describe it.

06

Does X AI read my email?

Yes, once company email is connected, X AI reads incoming email. It matches the sender to the customer card and files the email on that card, where it stays on record. The Email module is a full mail client, and a Gmail (Google Workspace) account connects to it. X AI never replies to a customer on its own; it drafts, and sending waits for your approval.

07

Do I need technical knowledge to write a rule for X AI?

What you need to describe a rule is knowledge of the process: whoever knows what should happen, in which situation and for whom, can set out the rule. In Corex360 X AI follows rule-bound work; when a rule breaks, it opens a task and assigns an owner. What a rule is and how to think about one is explained in the What is a rule engine article.

08

What happens if X AI gets it wrong?

X AI proposes and you decide, so a wrong proposal never turns into action without your approval. Steps that wait for your approval include:
  • sending
  • discounts
  • payments
  • leave
  • permissions
Nothing you have not approved reaches a customer and no payment is made. X AI never sends a reply or a quote to a customer on its own; it drafts. Every approval is logged with who, when, and from which device.

Which language does X AI reply in, and where does a prompt go?

X AI's default reply language, memory, and voice recognition are set in the X AI settings. Where a prompt goes depends on the installation type: on your own server X AI runs on a local model, and the prompt and the records it reads stay on your server. On Corex360 Cloud the company picks an AI provider in the settings and enters its own key, and in that case the prompt goes to the chosen provider. Any draft still comes to you for approval before it is sent.

09

Which languages does X AI work in?

X AI's default reply language is chosen in the X AI settings; this site does not list which languages it can read and draft in. Memory and speech recognition are set in the same settings, and on Corex360 Cloud the company chooses its AI provider there. Any draft it prepares always comes to you for approval before it is sent.

10

Does our data leave when we use AI?

It depends on your installation. On an own-server installation X AI runs on a local model; there, the prompts written to X AI and the records it reads do not leave your server. On Corex360 Cloud the company picks an AI provider in the X AI settings and enters its own key; in that case prompts go to the chosen provider. The options are on the Run on your own server page.
