Dealership
Customer from you,
product from us.
A Corex360 dealership is a partnership under a written agreement in which you find the customers in your area and Corex360 provides the product; the questions cover what it takes, how the share is set, and who gives support. Each answer stands on its own; if your question is not listed, write to us through the form.
Who can become a Corex360 dealer, and how does it start?
A Corex360 dealership needs a customer network in your area and at least one person who can do installations; deep technical skill is not required. Software and consulting firms, digital agencies, accounting offices, and system integrators who install PBX or attendance systems are examples of teams that can become dealers. It starts with the form: our team calls you and listens to your area, you receive product and setup training, the first installation is done together, and the region, share model, and support are set in a written agreement.
01What does it take to become a Corex360 dealer?
A customer network in your region and at least one person who can run setups are enough. Deep technical skill is not required; Corex360 provides the product and setup training and the setup guide. The first installation is done together. The application form is on the Dealership page.
02Who can become a Corex360 dealer?
Teams with a customer network in their region who can run setups can become dealers. Examples are software and consulting firms, digital agencies that install the platform for their own clients so ad leads land on the customer card, accounting offices that want to see their clients' business records in one place, and system integrators who install PBX or attendance devices.
03How does the dealership process work?
- You fill in the form; our team calls to hear about your region.
- You receive product and setup training, and we do the first installation together.
- Region, share model, and support are tied to a written agreement.
- You run the demo and setup in your region.
In the dealership, who owns the customer, the setup, and support?
The dealer finds the customer; the portfolio and network in the area belong to the dealer, who runs the sales conversation and the demo. The dealer also does the installation at the customer: connects the channels, opens the modules, and trains the team. First-line support sits with the dealer, while the core, security, hosting, and technical support stay with the Corex360 team. Corex360 provides the brand, the product, and the promotional material; within the rules of the agreement the dealer is presented as a Corex360 dealer and uses a separate dealer panel.
04In the dealership model, who finds the customer?
The dealer finds the customer. The portfolio and network in your region are yours; Corex360 provides the brand, the product and the promotional material, and you run the sales conversation and the demo in your region. The quote, setup and training stay with you, while technical support continues from the centre. In the training after you apply, you see the demo flow in your own work. How a dealer's request reaches the centre is explained in dealer network management.
05Who does the setup and training?
The dealer does the setup at the customer: connects the channels, opens the modules and trains the team. Corex360 gives the dealer product and setup training and the setup guide, and the first installation is done together. The core, security and hosting stay with the Corex360 team, and the dealer passes any technical issue to the centre. The customer works with a local team while the product itself is run from the centre.
06Who supports a dealer's customers?
First-line support is with the dealer, so the customer's first call goes to the dealer in their region; technical and core matters are solved by the Corex360 team. The dealer handles the customer's daily questions and passes technical issues to the centre. The core, security, hosting and technical support stay with Corex360.
07Can a dealer use the Corex360 brand?
Yes, within the rules in the agreement. You are introduced as a Corex360 dealer; the limits of brand use are written into the agreement. Corex360 prepares the promotional material, and the dealer runs the sales conversation. Dealers also have a separate dealer panel. The rules are discussed in detail in the meeting.
How are the share model and region written into the agreement?
The dealer share and the region are set in a written agreement; rates and exclusivity are not promised on the site. We listen to your area, team, and customer network, and then the region is written into the agreement together with the share model and the limits of support. The agreement comes before the first sale. On each sale the dealer share follows the model in the agreement and continues for as long as the customer stays; on the application form you give your region as province and district.
08How is a dealer's share set in a software dealership?
At Corex360 the share is set by written agreement. On every sale the dealer share works according to the model in the agreement and continues as long as the customer stays. Rates and the payment period are discussed in the meeting; we do not promise a rate on the page. Once your region, team and customer network are clear, the model is written into the agreement together.
09Is a software dealer's region exclusive?
At Corex360, region and exclusivity are set in the agreement; we print no promise on the page. In the meeting we hear about your region, team and customer network, and the region definition is then tied to the written agreement together with the share model and support limits. The agreement step comes before the first sale. You state your province and district in the application form, and the conversation starts from there.
