How we use Corex360
ourselves.

Corex360 is the technology company of Savaş Grup. We built the product to fix scattered records in the group's own companies and used it in our own operations first. This page is not a customer case study; it describes the order in which work runs in Corex360 inside the group companies as a quote turns into a sale, a contract, and a project.

The flow in the group

Which steps does work follow inside the group?

In the group companies a job moves through four steps: a quote goes out to the customer, the sale is approved after the quote, the approved sale becomes a contract, and the contract becomes a project. Meanwhile email goes out and follow-up runs automatically; because the modules are parts of one core, every step is tied to the same customer record.

  1. 01
    Quote

A quote goes out to the customer.

  2. 02
    Sales approval

After the quote, the sale is approved.

  3. 03
    Contract

The approved sale becomes a contract.

  4. 04
    Project

    The contract becomes a project.

The quote tracking software page shows how to set up quote follow-up in your own team, and the CRM module page shows the customer record itself.

Group companies

Which group company keeps what in Corex360?

In the group, each company keeps the record of its own work on the same core. The architecture company Vesya Architecture runs its work from presentations to customer follow-up in Corex360, and the manufacturer Harvend runs its own work there too; Vesya's proposals are prepared with the Vesya Corex Architecture module. The parent company Savaş Grup is a family group that grew in construction, architecture, and pools, and Corex360 is its technology company.

How work fits onto records in architecture is on the architecture page; the group's story is on About us.
