# Corex360 CRM integrations: which system connects where

Corex360 integrations are the systems that connect to Corex360: WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook, Gmail, NetGSM PBX and SMS, accounting and e-Invoice options, the AI provider and the API. Each connection is backed by the Corex360 screen or a statement from our product team; a connection we cannot back up is not on this list.

## Which system connects to which part of Corex360?

Each connection works inside the module that uses it; modules are not separate products and share the same customer record. WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and the web widget connect to Messaging, Gmail to the Email module, and NetGSM to the Cloud PBX; accounting programs and e-Invoice appear in the Accounting module's options list. The AI provider is chosen in the X AI settings, and the API sits in the core.

Corex360 integrations
| Connection | Where in Corex360 | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp Business | Messaging | The line connects as a channel through Meta's official cloud API. |
| Instagram, Facebook, web widget | Messaging, social media management | Instagram DMs and web chat land in the inbox; accounts are linked and posts are scheduled. |
| Gmail (Google Workspace) | Email | The account connects; the Email module works as a full mail client. |
| [NetGSM](https://www.corex360.com/en/integrations/netgsm) | Cloud PBX | Cloud PBX and SMS connection; calls are made from the browser. |
| Accounting and e-Invoice | Accounting | The options list shows e-Invoice/e-Archive and accounting programs. |
| AI provider | X AI settings | On Corex360 Cloud you choose the provider and enter your own key. |
| API | Core | There is an API for exchanging data with external systems. |

## How does WhatsApp Business connect through Meta's official cloud API?

Your WhatsApp Business line connects to Corex360 as a channel through Meta's official cloud API (WhatsApp Cloud API). Each line has the authorized staff who will use it. The Messaging window brings WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat into one inbox; a conversation can be turned into an opportunity, and it is kept on the customer card rather than on a salesperson's phone.

See the [Corex360 Messaging](https://www.corex360.com/en/modules/messaging) page.

## Instagram, Facebook and the web widget

In the Communication module, Messaging carries the WhatsApp Business, Instagram and web widget channels. In social media management, Facebook and Instagram accounts are linked and posts are planned and scheduled; Instagram DMs are in the same screen. Instagram DMs and web chat land in the same inbox as WhatsApp conversations.

Team DM handling is covered in [managing Instagram DMs as a team](https://www.corex360.com/en/blog/managing-instagram-dms-as-a-team), and bringing channels onto one record on the [unify your channels](https://www.corex360.com/en/solutions/unify-channels) page.

## How does a Gmail (Google Workspace) account connect?

Corex360's Email module is a full mail client: inbox, sent, drafts, spam, trash, starred, labels and account settings. Your Gmail (Google Workspace) account connects to it. Once company email is connected, X AI reads incoming email, matches the sender to the customer card and files it there.

The topic in general is covered in [what is CRM email integration](https://www.corex360.com/en/blog/what-is-crm-email-integration).

## Cloud PBX and SMS: NetGSM

The Cloud PBX module has call centre, PBX numbers, PBX staff and call history screens; new PBX lines and extensions are defined there. There is a NetGSM integration for the PBX and SMS. Calls are made from the [Call Center](https://www.corex360.com/en/blog/call-centre-vs-pbx) window in the browser, using the WebRTC extension assigned to each staff member. With the automatic info SMS switch on, the dialled number receives an SMS introducing the caller.

The NetGSM connection is detailed on the [NetGSM integration](https://www.corex360.com/en/integrations/netgsm) page, and the full module on the [Corex360 Cloud PBX](https://www.corex360.com/en/modules/cloud-pbx) page.

## Which accounting and e-Invoice options are shown?

The Corex360 Accounting module has a sales and purchase invoice screen. Its list of integration options shows DİA, e-Invoice/e-Archive (Turkish Revenue Administration portal), Logo, Mikro, Netsis and Paraşüt. How Corex360 works with your existing accounting or payroll program is decided together at setup; like the [other modules](https://www.corex360.com/en/modules), accounting uses the same customer record.

How sales and accounting share the same record is on the [accounting and HR](https://www.corex360.com/en/solutions/accounting-hr) page.

## How is the AI provider chosen?

On Corex360 Cloud the company chooses its AI provider in the X AI settings and enters its own key; the prompt written to X AI then goes to the chosen provider. On an own-server installation X AI runs on a local model. The provider choice and the key are the company's own settings, so the company decides which provider receives the prompt.

What X AI does and what it leaves for approval is explained on the [X AI](https://www.corex360.com/en/x-ai) page.

## Does Corex360 have an API?

Corex360 has an API for exchanging data with external systems. Access and the security layer are described on the [security](https://www.corex360.com/en/security) page.

## Which documentation do you use to connect to official business systems in Türkiye?

The table in this section lists the integration documentation published by the official systems that business software in Türkiye connects to, and by one Turkish provider. Each row was read from the organisation's own documentation on 25 September 2026. Which systems Corex360 connects to is not stated here but in the list at the top of this page. The table is for developers and IT managers; documentation changes, so check the latest version on the organisation's site.

**[How does our WhatsApp line connect to the CRM?](https://www.corex360.com/en/faq/crm-messaging#sorular)**
Your WhatsApp Business line connects to Corex360 as a channel through Meta's official cloud API, with authorized staff set for each line. Conversations gather in the Messages window in the same inbox as Instagram and web chat, land on the customer card, and stay on record. A conversation can be turned into an opportunity and then carries the opportunity number as a badge.

**[How does a cloud PBX connect to the CRM?](https://www.corex360.com/en/faq/crm-messaging#sorular)**
In Corex360 the PBX does not connect to a separate system; it is a module on the same core as the CRM. The call sits on the caller's contact card, where quotes and contracts also sit. An automatic info SMS goes to the number you dial. There is a NetGSM integration for the PBX and SMS. The general picture is in the [PBX and CRM integration](https://www.corex360.com/en/blog/pbx-crm-integration) article.

**[Are emails linked to the customer card?](https://www.corex360.com/en/faq/crm-messaging#sorular)**
Yes, once company email is connected, X AI reads incoming email, matches the sender to the customer card, and files it there. The Email module is a full mail client, and a Gmail (Google Workspace) account connects to it. Messages, calls, and email link to the same person, so the date of the last contact is clear. How a shared mailbox differs from a personal one is explained in the [Shared mailbox](https://www.corex360.com/en/blog/shared-mailbox) article.

**[Does a quote request from our website land in the system by itself?](https://www.corex360.com/en/faq/crm-messaging#sorular)**
Yes, the quote form on your website automatically opens an opportunity card in Corex360 and lands in the quote list as a Website Quote Request. The card shows how many days the request has been waiting, and the opportunity's source is kept on the record. Besides open, won, and lost opportunities, the opportunity screen separately counts the ones nobody has answered and the ones with no planned activity.

**[Can an existing attendance device connect to new HR software?](https://www.corex360.com/en/faq/hr-attendance#sorular)**
The attendance device connects to the Corex360 core; we do not claim it works with every device. Once connected, clock-in records sit on the staff card, on the same core as CRM, project, and field data. Events such as late clock-ins and clock-outs outside the location go to the approval center. An attendance clock-in widget can also be added to the desktop. Device connection is described on [the HR and attendance module](https://www.corex360.com/en/modules/hr).
