HR and Attendance

# From clock-ins to a fair score.

PDKS (personel devam kontrol sistemi) is the attendance tracking system that records when an employee clocks in and out on a device. ## How do attendance clock-ins reach the HR side?

In Corex360 the attendance device connects to the core and clock-ins land on the staff card; we do not claim it works with every device. Late arrivals, clock-outs away from the workplace, late clock-outs, and shifts closed at the shift end because nobody clocked out go to the approval center with the employee's note and department. The manager approves or rejects, and the name of the approver and the time stay on the record. The Human Resources module has shift management, attendance tracking, and timesheet screens.

### What is PDKS (attendance tracking)?

**
PDKS is a staff attendance control system: it takes each employee's clock-in and clock-out record from the device and follows attendance. In Corex360 the attendance device connects to the core and the record lands on the staff card. The Human Resources module has these screens:
- clock-in and clock-out
- shift management
- time tracking
- attendance tracking
- timesheets
- leave calendar

The concept is covered in the [What is PDKS](https://www.corex360.com/en/blog/what-is-time-attendance) article.

** 02

### Can an existing attendance device connect to new HR software?

**
The attendance device connects to the Corex360 core; we do not claim it works with every device. Once connected, clock-in records sit on the staff card, on the same core as CRM, project, and field data. Events such as late clock-ins and clock-outs outside the location go to the approval center. An attendance clock-in widget can also be added to the desktop. Device connection is described on [the HR and attendance module](https://www.corex360.com/en/modules/hr).

** 03

### What happens when a clock-in or clock-out is missing?

**
If a shift is never clocked out, Corex360 closes it at the shift time and the record goes to the approval center with the employee's note; the manager approves or rejects it. Clock-in records sit on the staff card, and the approval of a correction is logged with who and when. How missing records pile up by month end is described in the [Attendance problems](https://www.corex360.com/en/blog/attendance-problems) article.

** 04

### Can we see staff who arrive late or clock out away from the workplace?

**
Yes, in Corex360 late clock-ins, clock-outs outside the location, late clock-outs (overtime), and shifts the system closed at the shift time because nobody ended them go to the approval center. The record shows the employee's note and department; the manager approves or rejects, and the approval is logged with who and when. The HR side also has shift management, attendance tracking, and timesheet screens.

## How do leave, advance, and overtime approvals run?

Leave, advance, travel allowance, and payment requests are opened inside the product and go to the pending approvals screen; overtime passes through the approval center too. The manager approves or rejects, each approval keeps its approver and time, and the approved request is added to the employee's card. The [leave calendar](https://www.corex360.com/en/solutions/leave-tracking-software) shows who is off and when in one place, and assigned assets are followed on the same card. Leave balance calculation, salary calculation, and official filings are not promised.

** 05

### How do leave, advance, and travel allowance requests work?

**
Leave, advance, travel allowance, or payment requests are opened in the product and land on the awaiting-approval screen, where the manager approves or rejects them. Approved leave and advances sit on the employee card. Every approval is recorded with who and when; no verbal approval or paper signature is needed, and the request does not get lost in WhatsApp. How this differs from a paper form is in [leave on paper or digital](https://www.corex360.com/en/blog/leave-tracking-paper-or-digital).

** 06

### How is annual leave tracked?

**
An annual leave request passes through the Human Resources approval flow; once approved, it goes on the staff card and the approval is logged with who and when. The leave calendar screen shows who is off and when in one place. Leave balance calculation is not promised on this site. The difference between paper forms and digital tracking is explained in the [Leave tracking](https://www.corex360.com/en/blog/leave-tracking) article.

** 07

### How is overtime approved and tracked?

**
Overtime goes through the approval center in Corex360: a late clock-out lands for approval as overtime with the employee's note and department, and the manager approves or rejects it. Every approval is logged with who and when. Approved overtime and the attendance record show side by side on the same staff card. The term is defined in the [Glossary](https://www.corex360.com/en/glossary#fazla-mesai).

** 08

### Can HR software track assigned company assets?

**
Yes, the Corex360 Human Resources module handles asset assignments, and assets sit on the staff card. When an employee leaves or changes role, the assets assigned to them show on the card, so nobody has to hunt for a paper handover form. The HR screens include asset and assignment definitions and asset reports. The same module also runs leave, advance, and overtime approvals.

** 09

### Does Corex360 calculate payroll?

**
Salary calculation and official filings are not promised on this site. Approved attendance, leave, and advance records sit on the staff card, and the Human Resources module has timesheet and time tracking screens. How it works with your existing payroll or accounting software is decided together at setup. The accounting side is on the [Accounting and HR](https://www.corex360.com/en/solutions/accounting-hr) page.

## How does Team pulse score, and who can see staff data?

Team pulse turns late arrivals, completed tasks, closed quotes, and customer thank-yous into points; the employee score is defined in the score settings of the Human Resources module, and the manager writes the reward rule. Only people whose role allows it can see staff and personal data. Personal data is processed under KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law), and every view and download in [Corex Drive](https://www.corex360.com/en/modules/corex-drive) is logged. Corex360 Security records every sign-in, device, and access.

** 10

### How is the Team pulse score calculated?

**
Team pulse turns a late arrival, a finished task, a closed quote, and a customer thank-you into a score; the employee of the month comes from the record, and the manager writes the reward rule. Employee points are defined in the point settings of the Human Resources module. In the Store module employees redeem points for internal rewards, and there is a leaderboard. How the reward rule is written is on the [Measure the team fairly](https://www.corex360.com/en/solutions/measure-the-team-fairly) page.

** 11

### Who can see staff and personal data?

**
Only people whose role allows it; access is role-based, and every view and download in Corex Drive is logged. Personal data is processed under KVKK, Turkey's data protection law. The installation runs on Corex360 Cloud or on your own server; the same Corex360 Security layer runs in both and logs every sign-in, device, and access. The security layer is described on the [Security](https://www.corex360.com/en/security) page.
